★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik nya hari Minggu disini keteranganya tutup jam 17. Saya periksa jam 15 pendaftaran Uda ditutup. Pelayanan nya kurang bagus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayannya semakin buruk, perasaan dulu bagus tuh kliniknya. Saya hamil 5 bulan 2 mggu, trus sakit kepala lagi, mana hamil saya ada kontraksi kayak mau lahiran sampe pinggang sakit rasanya mau kropos semua tulang dan berasa begh banget, saya datang sekitar jam 12.45 pendaftrana baru buka lgi jam 13.30 tapi yg ada sampe jam 14.05 gak konsekuan bangt, habis daftr nunggu dokter satu jam lebih, omg sampe saya tiduran dikursisaking gak bisa nahan, udah nunggu lama dokternya malah gak bisa periksa saya yg ada dikasih cmn obat asam lambung, dikira gw sakit maag, gw bunting, saya minta rujukan ke rs permata alasana banyak bgt, saya kers permata mau pake bpjs langsung tapi sampe sana harus ada rujukan dong dri klinik sampe saya bolak balik, biar pun katanya dekat rs permata sama klinik tapi su posisi lagi hamil mana ngosngosan lagi, tunggu saya omelin dah petugas kliniknya baru ngeluarin surat rujukan, pokoknya kliniknya gak banget, mau ganti faskes aja klo bisa. Menurut saya gak recomended bgt klo kasus kyk gini,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kliniknya kalau sabtu dokternya sampai jam 12 siang, untuk yang pakai bpjs dan non bpjs nanti prosedurnya beda, ada bapak2 yang bantu daftarin no antrian. untuk pasien baru nanti bisa isi form. sama mbaknya akan dipanggil untuk tensi, tunggu dokter, dipanggil lagi masuk ruang dokter, periksa, dikasi resep, tunggu obatnya. overall pelayanan baik dan jika tidak pakai masker tidak boleh masuk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah periksa karena campak, dokternya tdk mau memeriksa penyakit yg berhubungan dgn virus, trs buat apa dia jd dokter, pdhl saya sudah menunggu hampir 2 jam & tdk ada pemberitahuan apa2 ke saya, trs lbh anehnya lagi tanpa memeriksa saya dikasi rujukan ke dokter paru2...gara2 ada benjolan di leher tanpa dokter memeriksa saya, parahhh...
