Hi suster cantik yg tidak punya sopan satun dan etika.... Mungkin di masa pandemi ada perubahan mengenai pengobatan di klinik kedoya Sebelum covid kita di kasih kartu baru masuk Kmrn saya berobat hari jum'at tanggal 17 Juli 2020 sekitar jam 17.05 Perubahan selama masa pandemi adalah SUSTER DI DEPAN PANGGIL PASIEN Panggil pasiennya di tempat pendaftaran sementara antrian kita duduk lumayan agak jauh dari tempat pangilan. (Panggil tanpa alat bantu) Kebetulan di sana lg ada 3 sampai 4 pasien Saya tidak mendengar siapa yg di panggil Saya tanya baik2 susternya "Maaf suster tadi yang di panggil siapa" Suster menjawab : TADI SAYA BILANGNYA SIAPA dengan nada keras dan tinggi Langsung saya bilang klo saya denger saya nga bakal tanya ulang Untuk pengurus, para dokter2 klinik kedoya Mohon dengan amat sangat agar lebih memperhatikan kembali SUSTER CANTIK yang tidak sopan dan tidak punya etika Karena kami adalah pasien Klinik kedoya sudah terkenal lama dan manjur obat2an nya, dokternya aja ramah, baik dan sopan, sangat di sayangkan jika mempunyai suster yang judes. (Bisa lihat di cctv sekitar jam 17.05 - 17.45) Mungkin susternya lelah sdh bekerja seharian tp harus di ingat saya adalah pasien yang sedang sakit, Mohon untuk diperhatikan lagi. Terima kasih

Sister answered: I AM WHO SAID WHOM, in a loud and high tone I immediately said if I heard I would not ask again For administrators, the clinic doctors are kedoya Please very seriously to pay more attention back to BEAUTIFUL SUSTER who is not polite and has no ethics Because we are patients Kedoya clinic has been famous for a long time and its medicines are effective, doctors are just friendly, kind and polite, it is very regrettable if you have a bitchy nurse. (Can be seen on CCTV around 17.05 - 17.45) Maybe the nurse was tired from working all day but must remember I was a patient who was sick, Please pay attention again. thank you

Bener" pelayanannya payah bgt, awal dateng sih oke" aja susternya, dan saya duduk menunggu giliran dipanggil , pas saya dipanggil dan masuk kedalam , dokter menyuruh saya menjelaskan , pas saya jelasin dia malah bilang kaya gini "GIMANA SIH LANGSUNG KE INTINYA AJA , NGGA JELAS BGT NGOMONGNYA , SUDAH2 LANSUNG BERBARING". Apa bagus ya seorang dokter bicara dengan nada agak tinggi kepasien, disitu saya lagi ngejelasin malah dipotong , pas diperiksa juga asal aja, dan sudah diperiksa tidak diberitau sakit apanya , malah bilang "LANGSUNG AJA KEDEPAN". Pas saya terima obat saya nanya ke suster ini obat apa aja ya? Susternya cuma jawab "OBAT SAKIT PERUT" singkat tanpa penjelasan apa pun. Disitu juga saya liat orang" ngga ada 2 menit sudah pada keluar abis diperiksa , kayak diburu" bgt Mohon ya untuk Dokter dan Suster, profesional lah dalam bekerja.

Dokternya gak jelas, saya sudah 3 hari muntah2 karena gak sengaja makan mie instan yg sudah expierd. ketika masuk ruang periksa, saya jelasin dong keluhannya dan "DUGAAN" penyebab keracunan makanan. tp dokternya bilang sambil motong omongan saya "JANGAN SANGKUTPAUTKAN SAMA MAKANAN BASI" dengan nada ngegas, dan abis itu d periksa tensi sma detak jantung, dikasih obat,. habis itu siangnya saya langsung ke RSUD kembangan dan konsultasi selengkap lengkapnya sama dokter umum d sana dan d jelasin sedetil detilnya soal kemungkinan adanya keracunan makanan, abis itu diperiksa dikasih obat,. lain kali mending ke RSUD ajah deh.

Pelayanannya buruk . Klo bukan karena klinik biasa saya berobat tutup gamau saya kesana . Dokter jaganya pun ga fokus ke pasien. belia Malah scroll feed di sosial media padahal udh ada saya di ruangan tapi tetep fokus ke hp . Yg sakit gigi saya tapi saya malah di suru berbaring di cek pake stetoskop dan di tensi . Sementara area mulut saya alias gusi yg sakit cuma dilihat sebentar aja ga ada 30detik

Beberapa kali saya berobat kesini atas rekomendasi teman saya..alhamdulillah saya cocok dan ank istri saya.sebelumnya saya sdh berobat sana sini sdh bayar mahal tp gak ada perubahan..tp alhamdulillah klinik kedoya berikan yg terbaik ,pas mau bayar juga kaget..sangat murah sekali.spt ny memang niat bantu orang2 yg tidak mampu.kalo koment teman2 yg pernah kesana negatif.yah dimaklumi saja.kalo mau dilayani kerumah sakit yg mahal aja.biar kayak raja.tp klinik kedoya murah meriah tp obat nya yg diberikan bagus kena sasaran...terima kasih buat klinik kedoya sdh banyak bantu banyak orang khususnya yg tidak mampu...semoga allah saja yg balas kebaikan kalian...

Baru Kali ini pasien berobat ke dokter tp diburu2in. Tanya tensinya berapa kaga dijawab. Suster dan dokter yg jaga 4 Feb 2022 bad attitude semua

Hari ini, jumat tanggal 4 maret 2022 pukul 15.07 wib,sumpah kecewa sama kakek dokter nya, dan susternya.. Masuk kamar periksa,saya sapa ramah,dia sok sibuk,di ceritain keluhannya malah mbentak , suruh tdr.. Dokter kok gak punya etika.. Sakit dada, cuma Cek2 tekanan darah, tanpa sepatah kata, lgsg suruh ambil obat, diceritakan keluhan lain, ktanya sudah ada obatnya.. Tua bangke, klo cape jdi dokter mending pensiun.. Suster nya jga perhari ini ga ada ramahnya!! Entah di ksh obat apa.. Sakit apa pun gak di jelasin.. Dokter saklek #idi #dokter #etika bisa tidak ya, usul untuk tutup ni klinik, sumpah, rasanya nyesel bayar murah jga, gak berkah, gak jelas obat apa yg diksh, keluhan saja di dengar tidak sma si kakek dokter
