No wonder the rating is bad, the service is very lacking, even though I don't use BPJs ... If I don't press, I won't come here ...

kesini tp setiap periksa kok nggak pernah di tensi ya , kayak periksa ditempat lain biasa nya pasti yg pertama di tensi dulu,apa mungkin karena pake BPJS kah?

β β β β β Pelayanan sangat kurang, setiap minta rujukan ke faskes tingkat 2 ( rumah sakit ) sangat sulit, ada saja alasannya, pernah saat anak sakit demam sudah lebih dari 3 hari alasannya hari libur nasional sehingga sistem rujukan tidak bisa di lakukan.. dan yang paling parah ketika anak saya diare akut ke klinik malam hari sekitar pukul 12 malem untuk minta rujukan alasannya tidak ada poli rumah sakit yang buka pada malam hari padahal klo dibuatkan rujukan pun rumah sakit tsb juga akan melayani, tetapi petugas tidak mau membantu melayani kami dengan baik atau membiarkan pasien pergi begitu saja tanpa memberi pelayanan rujukan ataupun menawarkan pemeriksaan dengan dokter yang standby di klinik tersebut.. Dengan kejadian ini kami pasien bpjs pun harus melakukan pemeriksaan ke faskes tingkat 2 dengan biaya pribadi, untuk apa kami memilih bpjs faskes 1 dengan klinik andaa ????? Apakah tunggu pasien mengalami sekarat dulu baru pasien diberi rujukan ke faskes tingkat 2.. Mohon direnungi dan disikapi dengan bijak alasan yang dibuat agar tidak merugikan banyak pihak.. Karena pengalaman saya faskes 1 di kota lain untuk meminta rujukan seperti ini tidak dipersulit apalagi pasien sudah urgent butuh pertolongan dokter spesialis bukan hanya dokter umum saja. Service is very lacking, every time asking for a referral to a level 2 health facility (hospital) is very difficult, there are reasons, once when a child has a fever for more than 3 days the reason is a national holiday so the referral system cannot be done ... and the worst when my child has acute diarrhea at the clinic at night around 12 pm to ask for a reference to the reason there is no hospital poly that is open at night even though if the reference is made even the hospital will also serve, but the officer does not want to help serve us well or leave the patient just leave without giving a referral service or offer a check-up with a doctor who is standby at the clinic. With this incident we also have BPJ patients to check into level 2 health facilities at a personal cost, why should we choose BPJS 1 with your clinic ??? ?? Do you wait for the patient to experience dying first and then the patient will be given a referral to the level 2 health facility. Please be thoughtful and be treated wisely for the reasons not to cause harm to many parties. urgent need specialist help not just general practitioners. Thank you in advance

β β β β β Emang dokternya ngerasain klo emang kita berobat itu ya jelas sakit.butuh istirahat..klo ga sakit ngapain capek" berobat...nurutin dokter ga bakal kita dikasih surat istirahat..nunggu sekarat dulu baru di kasih surat istirahat.tolong pertahankan kredibilitas klinik.kalo ga pengen pada kabur pelanggannya.sekian terimakasih..

β β β β β Pelayanannya lama banget.orang sakit d tanya2 nya doang.di periksa mah kaga. Kaya orang di interview di tanya2nya doang.pelayanan nya juga kurang profesional.ada mahalnya doang berobat dstu...tolong di terapkan lagi itu hadeeehhh.
The service is really long. Sick people just ask questions. It's checked or not. It's like people in the interview are just asking questions. The service is also not professional. It's just expensive for treatment etc... please apply again, hadeeehhh.

β β β β β Pelayanannya kurang bagus, lemot, mahal pula.. masak antigen masih harga lama padahal di permenkes sudah harga terbaru 90an.. sedih banget ambil untung byk.. ??
The service is not good, slow, expensive too.. cooking antigen is still the old price even though the Minister of Health has the latest price in the 90s.. it's really sad to take a lot of profit..
