β β β β β Kenapa sih mau complaint aja susah banget! Baru stop pakai seminggu kulit jadi timbul bintik hitam. Setergantungan itu kah?? Pas tau night creamnya juga polosan doang ini kaget banget ngga jelas isinya apa ngga dikasih tau, ini klinik lho jual pelayanan dan produk tapi zonk banget, konsultasi ala kadarnya mau complaint juga susah.. mending pake brand lain yg udah jelas bpom semua banyak pilihannya. Mahal doang tapi kualitas NOL!
Why the hell want a complaint so hard! Just stop using it for a week, the skin develops black spots Dependency is that ?? When I know the night cream is also plain, it's really shocking, it's really not clear whether the contents are not told, this clinic sells services and products but it's really zonk, just consultation to complain is also difficult ... it's better to use other brands that are clear, bpom all have many choices. Expensive but ZERO quality!

β β β β β Berawal dari coba-coba, karena ini klinik punya si dokter terkenal itu. Sebelumnya kulit gue baik-baik aja, misalpun ada jerawat, ya cuma satu dua aja.
Pertama dateng kesitu, ditanyain keluhan, gue cuma bilang jerawat di beberapa tempat dan pengen ngecilin pori-pori. Sempet dijelasin pula sm dokter yang disitu untuk ga pake produk kandungan skin care yang ada merkuri dll, dikasi tau tanda2 skin care yang pake kandungan itu.
Abis itu di suggest untuk ambil cream ini itu dan terima treatment. Habislah itu duit 4 juta guebuat sekali dateng.
2 bulan berjalan muka gue makin banyak beruntusan dan jerawatnya, gue pikir ini purging, tapi kok ga abis2. Dua setengah bulan kemudian gue dateng lagi untuk beli cream yg udh abis, gue protes sama si mbak2 nya kok muka gue jd makin parah, kata dia disuruh tunggu sampe 3 bulan. Udah hampir 3 bulan muka gue masih parah bangeet, akhirnya gue memutuskan untuk stop.
dan setelah 2 bulan berlalu, muka gue tetep ga sembuh-sembuh. Semengerikan itu kah kandungan di cream athena?
gue tau sih skin care itu cocok cocok an, tp sumpaah ga expect bakal semengerikan ini efeknya.
Kalau ada yg mau coba, pikir-pikir dulu deh kesininya. Jangan sampe nyesel kaya gue

After that, it was suggested to take this cream and receive treatment. After that, the 4 million I made once came.
2 months on, my face is getting more breakouts and pimples, I thought it was purging, but it didn't go away. Two and a half months later, I came back to buy the cream that had run out, I protested to the ladies why my face was getting worse, he said he was told to wait for 3 months. It's been almost 3 months my face is still really bad, I finally decided to stop.
And after 2 months, my face still doesn't heal. How scary is the content in cream Athena?
I know that skin care is suitable, but I swear I didn't expect it to have this terrible effect.
If anyone wants to try it, think about it first. Don't be sorry like me

β β β β β Perawatnya kurang kompoten untuk pemasangan infus . 2 kali tusuk gagal dan bengkak . Trus nunggu dokter tindakan juga lamaaaaaaa bgt bgt bgt. Buang waktu 1 jam lebih dengan wajah yg d anestesi . Kapok ambil paket puluhan juta lagi disini .
The nurse is not competent for infusion. 2 times the puncture failed and swollen. Then waiting for the doctor for the procedure is too long. Wasted more than 1 hour with an anesthetized face. Kapok take tens of millions more packages here.

β β β β β I know this brand from a conflict between the founder (dr. Lee) and one of celebrity. They claimed their product is safe in fact it is not right you guys know the safest product of course from natural ingredients such as 'sensatia' local brand or '100% naturals' from EU brand! And you can just google 'all natural brand product' this athena brand definitely not!

β β β β β Perhaps a suitable skin care routine for some people, but overall a horrible experience for me.
Spent at least 15 jt at this place from February to October 2021 and saw absolutely no improvement, maybe even worsening. Waiting time too long (at least 1-2 hours) even after booking. Did various treatments involving laser, crystal peel, vitamin infuse, all to remove acne on my face. Also bought the day cream, night cream, sunscreen, and anti inflammatory cream over this 8 month period. After using the product, seemed to develop dependence... If stopped using, skin would get worse. While using, little to no change.
Still gave 2 stars (1 star extra) to be "fair" because maybe this experience is just personal. Will never come here again
