★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Bagian resepsionis/admin yg agak 'GEMUK' kurang tau bagaimana profesinya sebagai pelayan jasa kurang baik,sopan,dan kasar..
Dan lagi pelayanan jasa ini diperuntukan untuk wanita HAMIL..tidak menjadi etis apabila pelayanan kurang baik,sopan, dan kasar.
2. Kurang/sulit ada lahan parkir yang memadai.
Tolong diperbaiki terumatama dibagian no.1
Tolong management klinik kartika mengevaluasinya.

 1. The receptionist / admin who is a bit 'FAT' does not know how his profession as a service servant is not good, polite, and rude..
And again, these services are intended for PREGNANT women.. it doesn't become ethical if the service is not good, polite, and rude.
2. Less / difficult to have adequate parking space.
Please fix it especially in part no.1
Please Kartika clinic management evaluate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mba gendut di bagian pendaftaran nya judes parah ? padahal ini kita bukan bpjs tapi pelayanan nya gokil buruk bngt, seakan kita priksa geratis, kalo ga mau di tanya jngan jadi resepsionis laahh, pas buka ulasan google eh banyak bngt yg ngeluh, kasian dokternya wkwk
Mba fat at the registration section is really bitchy ? even though we are not bpjs but the service is really bad, it's as if we check it for free, if you don't want to be asked don't be a receptionist, when you open a google review, a lot of people complain, poor doctor, wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teruntuk dr.mediana pelayanan nya tlong di perbaikin lg donk gak usah buru2, periksa g ada 5 menit kelar!kita bayar bu gak pakai bpjs, beda bgt pelayanan nya sama dokter pria.dokter pria lebih detail.!
As for dr.mediana, the service, please fix it, don't be in a hurry, the check isn't there in 5 minutes, it's over! we paid, ma'am, not using BPJS, the service is very different from the male doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk dktrnya baik bgt.. tp Admin / CS / bagian pendaftaran.. entah apalah sebutannya.. gak sopan.. dr awal dtg nanya jam praktek sibuk ngerjain yg lain.. jawabnya seenaknya.. bgtu ditanya lg antrian ke berapa eh malah nyolot jawabnya.. ditanya via wa jg kurang baik jawabannya.. yg dtg kesitu semuanya bayar loh bukan gratis tp pelayanannya bgtu.. diperbaiki deh managementnya..
As for the dktr, it's really good.. but Admin / CS / registration section.. I don't know what it's called.. not polite.. from the start, he asked about the practice hours, he was busy doing other things.. he answered casually. .. asked via wa also not good answer.. everything that comes there is paid, it's not free but the service is so good.. the management has been fixed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya usg beberapa hari lalu diberi obat norelut yang distripnya tertulis HET 66K tapi saya diberi 2 strip dengan harga 400k. Itu belum termasuk obat lain dan biaya usgnya. NOT VERY RECOMENDED! ?? Semoga bisa belajar lagi ke depannya, terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya enak dr.raisa baik bgt ngejelasin detail sampe kita paham. Tapi pendaftarannya ga ramah, jelas jelas ada 2 resep yg dapet diklinik SMA yg ditebus diluar dibilang malah ga ada. Untung saya jelasin klo ada 2 resep sempet mbanya ga percaya eh dibaca Ama dia bener ada 2 resep mana resep yg harusnya dapet diklinik itu yg penting antibiotik. Lain kali coba tingkatan lgi ya pelayanannya terutama pendaftarannya untuk dr. Raisa udh baik bgt makasih.
The doctor is good, Dr. Raisa is very good at explaining details until we understand. But the registration is not friendly, it's clear that there are 2 recipes that can be obtained at the high school clinic which are redeemed outside and they say they don't exist. Fortunately, I explained that there were 2 prescriptions, but the lady didn't believe it, eh, I read Ama, it's true that there are 2 recipes, which prescription should be obtained at the clinic, the important thing is antibiotics. Next time try another level, especially the registration for dr. Raisa is very good, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayan cukup bagus dan harga terjangkau melihat banyaknya keluhan ttg admin pendaftaranya saya pikir memang pembawaan dia seperti itu tetapi orangnya baik kok..
Untuk dokter saya pribadi menilai lebih memuaskan pelayanan dg dr cowo.
Lebih detail menjelaskan baik dan ramah
Kedepanya semoga banyak peningkatan dan sehat selalu semuanya
I think the waiter is pretty good and the price is affordable. Seeing the many complaints about the admin registration, I think that's how he is, but he's a good person..
For doctors, I personally think that the service is more satisfying with Dr. Cowo.
