★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat buruk utk klinik.. orang2 sgt tidak ramah..pelayanan lama..pantesan sepi.. nyesel pokonya berobat disini.. kalo ga kepepet mah ogah bgtt kesini.. GA PANTAS DISEBUT KLINIK!!
The service is very bad for the clinic ... people are very unfriendly ... old service ... the message is lonely ... regret the pokano for treatment here ... if you don't want to be reluctant, you don't want to come here ... GA ASSOCIATED CLINIC !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah jadi klinik langganan keluarga dari saya umur 3 tahun sampe sekarang umur 26 tahun. Dulu namanya klinik 24 jam dan beneran bisa 24 jam untuk gawat darurat. Sekarang udh berubah jadi klinik Pratama Jatibening raya. Dari segi dokter dan pelayanan ga banyak berubah, kaget jg liat review banyak yg kasih bintang 1. Semoga bisa jadi lebih baik.
Update : memang banyak yg berubah. Sedih
It's been a family subscription clinic since I was 3 years old until now I'm 26 years old. It used to be called a 24-hour clinic and actually it could be 24 hours for the emergency department. Now it has turned into a Jatibening Raya Primary Clinic. In terms of doctors and services, not much has changed, I'm also surprised to see many reviews giving 1 star. Hopefully it can be better.
Update: indeed a lot has changed. Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru masuk, nanya sesuatu pelan2 dan baik2 eh dijawabnya jutek bgt. Malah bentak2 pula. Yaudah saya pulang aja. Saya tandain aja lah mba2 gendut yang pake kacamata jdi resepsionis.
Saran saya kalau punya usaha dalam bidang pengobatan gini tingkatin dulu dah kualitas SDMnya untuk dapat melayani konsumen dengan baik dan profesional. Karena first impresion tuh penting.
Jelas sepi kliniknya...
Kecewa banget walaupun belum sampai berobat.

Just came in, asked something slowly and well, the answer was really rude. Even snaps. Alright, I'm going home. I'll just mark the fat ladies who wear glasses as the receptionist.
My advice, if you have a business in the field of medicine, is to improve the quality of human resources first to be able to serve consumers well and professionally. Because first impressions are important.
Obviously the clinic is empty...
Very disappointed even though it hasn't been treated yet.
I'm really sorry for the clinic owner if my review is like this.

Good friendly service and the price is cheap. Medicines are also effective and all personnel including doctors work on time.
