★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemaren sabtu malem ke sini , di pendaftaran ada 3 org staf, saya cuma mau nanya jadwal dokter sama usg z di respon kaya yg gak niat .. Nanya baik2 kapan jadwal dokter kandungan nya di jawab nya cuma "selasa".. Di tanya lagi bukan tiap hari jawabnya" cuma selasa z", gak ada senyum, gak Ada penjelasan padahal lagi pada ngerumpi gak Ada pasien.. Yg tadi nya mau daftar senam hamil, nanya imunisasi sama cek lab, akhirnya kapok gk mau ke sini lagi..
 Yesterday Saturday Malem came here, there were 3 staff at registration, I just wanted to ask the doctor's schedule with ultrasound in a rich response that I didn't mean .. It was okay when the obstetrician's answer was just "Tuesday" .. Asked again instead every day the answer is "just Tuesday", there is no smile, no explanation even though there is no patient in the huddle .. The one who wants the pregnancy exercise list, asks for immunization and checks the lab, finally give up not going here again ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka sh sma pelayanannya... Trutama d klinik kecantikannya... Awalnya sy kesini taunya ada dokter kandungn n domter umum beserta bidan2 z... Eh trnyata seiring waktu trnyata disini bisa juga perawatan kecantikn. Dan pelayanannya bagus kok, dan lumayan lengkap utk jenis perawatannya apa z bisa tanya2 langsung k petugasnya. Dan letaknya ada di lantai 2.
I like the high school service ... Especially in the beauty clinic ... Initially I came here and said there were general domin doctors and midwives ... Well, it was clear that over time there could be beauty treatments here. And the service is really good, and it's quite complete for what kind of treatment z can ask directly to the clerk. And it is located on the 2nd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kesini jam 18.00, klinik posisinya sepi. Ada 2 orang bagian administrasi. Sangat jutek, hanya tanya mau berobat kemana? Saya jawab ke klinik kandungan, lalu saya ditanya nama. Setalah itu mereka sibuk ngobrol. Ga dikasih arahan silahkan duduk tunggu sebentar. Super jutek, sibuk ngobrol. Status Saya bayar pribadi tapi pelayanannya saja sudah tidak baik. Akhirnya Saya sama suami pindah ke klinik sebelah yang ada dokter kandungannya. Pelayanannya jauh lebih ramah.
Sangat disayangkan, awal hamil memilih klinik ini karena klinik islami, tetapi ternyata pelayanannya masih sangat minim sekali
I came here at 18.00, the clinic is quiet. There are 2 people in the administration department. Very dirty, just asking where to go for treatment? I answered to the obstetric clinic, then I was asked the name. After that they were busy chatting. Not given directions, please sit down, wait a moment. Super jutek, busy chatting. Status I pay personally but the service is not good. Finally, my husband and I moved to the next clinic where there was an obstetrician. The service is much more friendly.
Unfortunately, when I was pregnant I chose this clinic because it was an Islamic clinic, but it turned out that the service was still very minimal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah saya sekali berobat krn bpjs nya tidak bisa digunakan saya tanya bisa atau gak kalo menggunakan biaya pribadi ?
Jawabanya ditunggu dulu ya bu..
Oke saya tunggu.. Saya tunggu hampir 1 jam..
Ga ada kejelasan..
Basa basi minimal maaf ya bu agak lama atau apapun..
Akhirnya saya pergi krn kelamaan nunggu..
Kalau saya ga pergi mungkin entah sampai kapan saya ga dilayanin..
Belum lagi pelayanan staff nya yg tidak baik !
Tidak sesuai dengan motto yg ada dindingnya..
Pelayanannya sangat tidak ramah !!
Bener-bener mengecewakan sih.. Buruk pelayanannya ??
Untung beberapa dokter ada yg ramah..
Klo ga juga saya ga mau kasih bintang walaupun 1.
Tolong berbaiki attitude nya..
Sangat tidak bagus attitude padahal bekerja dibidang jasa dan pelayanan !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya lengkap, menerima peserta bpjs baru/ pindahan, menerima persalinan normal juga, bidan jaga 24 jam, dokter umum, dokter gigi, dokter kecantikan dan dokter kandungan juga ad.. rekomended dweh pokoknya...
The clinic is complete, accepts new/transferred BPJS participants, accepts normal deliveries as well, 24 hour midwife, general practitioner, dentist, beautician and obstetrician as well... recommended dweh anyway...

Aesthetic doctors for beauticians are friendly, kind and the staff are also friendly, nice to talk to, I have had 2 facial treatments, and quite complete, easy to fit here
