★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selasa, 21 September 2021 sekitar pukul 10.30 saya rencana imunisasi dpt 3 bidannya sangat judes dan tidak ada ramah sama sekali, dia bilang jadwal anak saya kurang dari 1 bulan sehingga tdk bisa vaksin hari ini .
Pdhl sudah 4 minggu sesuai tgl terakhir vaksin. Mohon lebih profesional dan lebih ramah lagi ini pengalaman saya berobat di klinik insani dan mengecewakan.
Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at around 10.30 I planned to get 3 immunizations. The midwives were very rude and not friendly at all, she said that my child's schedule was less than 1 month so I couldn't get the vaccine today.
Pdhl already 4 weeks according to the last date of the vaccine. Please be more professional and friendly. This is my experience for treatment at a human clinic and it is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bad bgt telpon call center infonya ada dokter jam 2 siang tapi pas sampai katanya dokter adanya jam 4 sore nunggu dri setengah 3 sampe jam 4 sore dokter belum juga dtg baru dtg setengah 5. Masuk ke ruangan gk diapa apain langsung suruh swab udh swab nunggu lagi kepotong jam buka puasa dll RIBET BUANG WAKTU!!!
Very bad service, call the call center, the info is there is a doctor at 2 pm but when he arrived he said the doctor was at 4 pm waiting from half past 3 until 4 pm the doctor has not arrived, just arrived at half 5. Go into the room, what's wrong, immediately ordered a swab already waiting for a swab again cut off fasting hours etc. RIBET WASTE OF TIME!!!
