SWABNYA CEPAT HASILNYA PUN CEPAT SEKITAR 20 MENIT ---- Sebenernya utk pelayanan swab antigen dgn keperluan syarat perjalanan sih ok ok aja lokasi, pelayanan dan tempatnya. Sayangnya pertama kali kesini setelah beli voucher swab antigen dari tiket.com sempet ribut krn stok alat swabnya habis dan baru ada jam 17.00. Padahal sampe di klinik jam 14.00 dan jauh bgt dari rumah. Sudah report ke tiket.com dan disuruh nunggu 30 menit utk pertimbangan refund krn sebenernya ketentuan vouchernya no-refund. Kecewa bgt klink penyedia jasa swab test tp kehabisan alat test.....
Untungnya pas lagi ribut2 sama perawatnya tiba2 alat testnya dateng. Cuma ya namanya udah sempet ribut ya jadi ga enakan kan... mana perawatnya pake bahas harga swab yg cuma seratusan dan dia pun ga dibayar, tdk kontekstual dan very bad utk layanan jasa kalo itu dibahas kan. Yg harusnya ga terjadi hanya krn manajemen klinik yg kurang. Smoga diperbaiki.
IF YOU WANT TO SWAB HERE, PLEASE SEARCH & CONTACT THE CLINICAL NURSE TO ASK THE AVAILABILITY OF THE TEST EQUIPMENT. THE SWAB IS FAST, THE RESULTS ARE QUICK ABOUT 20 MINUTES ---- Actually, for the antigen swab service with travel requirements, it's ok, just ok, location, service and place. Unfortunately, the first time I came here, after buying an antigen swab voucher from tiket.com, there was a lot of noise because the swab kit was out of stock and it was only 17:00. Even though I arrived at the clinic at 14.00 and it was very far from home. Already reported to tiket.com and told to wait 30 minutes for a refund consideration because in fact the voucher provisions are no-refunds. How disappointed I clink the swab test service provider but running out of test tools ...
Fortunately, when I was fussing with the nurse, the test kit suddenly arrived. It's just that the name has already been noisy, so it's uncomfortable, right... where the nurse uses to discuss the price of a swab which is only a hundred and she doesn't get paid, it's not contextual and very bad for services if that's discussed right. What should not have happened is because of a lack of clinical management. Hopefully it will be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan sekali, mau antigen tp alatnya habis jauh" dari cilegon tp sia", harusnya sebelum alat habis harus ada stok bukan nunggu habis,setidaknya cantumkan nomer telfon yg aktif supaya tidak ada org lain yg mengalami hal seperti saya, untuk pengurus klinik tolong d perhatikan
It's very disappointing, I want antigen but the device runs out far "from Cilegon but in vain", there should be stock before the tool runs out, not waiting for it to run out, at least include an active telephone number so that no one else experiences things like me, for clinic administrators, please help. pay attention
