β β β β β Pernah berobat sekali ke sini, dokter giginya ramah banget. Saran aja, utk yg pakai BPJS Senin sampai Sabtu buka 24 jam spt klinik lain, krn buat jaga2 kalo ada pasien khusus atau darurat yg mau melahirkan
Once treated here, the dental doctor was very friendly. Just a suggestion, for those who use BPJS Monday to Saturday open 24 hours like other clinics, because just in case if there are special or emergency patients who want to give birth

β β β β β Permisi, ini hasil saya berobat di aplikasi m-JKN saya kenapa dikasih keluhan pusing, batuk, pilek??
Saya tidak mengeluh batuk dan pilek.
Kok berani merubah keterangan gini sih??
Saya mengeluh pusing, badan sangat lemas & dada sesak.
Tapi dokter yang periksa saya malah bilang saya kurang makan & disuruh bersyukur HAHAHA. Orang berobat malah diceramahi?!
Orangtua saya minta supaya ada pemeriksaan lanjutan, karena saya sudah lemas mau 2 minggu & sampai pingsan dijalan. Tapi dokter bilang cukup makan aja yg banyak & dikasih resep obat.
What??! Gak bener.
Akhirnya orangtua saya antar saya buat ke klinik lain, dan pakai BIAYA SENDIRI!
Padahal saya ada BPJS DI KLINIK IMANI SETU, jadi percuma saya punya BPJS bayar tiap bulan tapi pelayanan faskes nya kaya gini.
Pas udah sampe klinik lain, klinik tsb minta saya test darah ke lab tempat lain karena klinik itu gak ada alat buat test darah.
Dan hasilnya saya sakit tipes, HB saya sudah rendah & pemeriksaan lanjutan hasilnya lambung saya luka.
Akhirnya saya di opname 4 hari.
See??? Bersyukur ya dok?
Kecewa banget sih, padahal ini klinik faskes yg saya pilih, tapi dokternya gak banget.
percuma saya tiap bulan bayar BPJS kelas 1 pula, kalo mau berobat ke faskes aja gak ditangani.

I complained of dizziness, very weak body & chest tightness.
But the doctor who checked me instead said I didn't eat enough & was told to be grateful HAHAHA. People who are treated are even lectured?!
My parents asked for a follow-up examination, because I was already weak for 2 weeks and passed out on the street. But the doctor said it was enough to just eat a lot and was given a prescription.
What??! Not true.
Finally my parents took me to another clinic, and used it at OWN COST!
Even though I have BPJS at IMANI SETU CLINIC, so it's useless for me to have BPJS to pay every month but the health facilities are like this.
When I arrived at another clinic, the clinic asked me to do a blood test at another lab because the clinic didn't have a blood test kit.
And the result is that I have typhus, my HB is already low & a follow-up examination shows that my stomach is injured.
Finally I was hospitalized for 4 days.
See??? Thank you doc?
I'm really disappointed, even though this is the health facility clinic that I chose, but the doctor isn't really that good.
It's useless that I pay BPJS class 1 every month, if you want to go to health facilities, it's not handled.

β β β β β Malam ini 3 april 2022, saya mengantar berobat anak saya, kata petugas ga bisa isomedik, okay saya akan klarifikasi ke reliance, eh abis itu anak saya ga di check sama sekali. Sakitnya apa dikasih obatnya apa. Jadi maksudnya apa ? Kalau memang tidak berkenan menerima pasien setelah berbuka puasa, yaudah tutup aja ga usah setengah setengah melayani.
Tonight, April 3, 2022, I took my child for treatment, the officer said it couldn't be isomedicine, okay, I'll explain to Reliance, after that my child wasn't checked at all. What is the pain given what medicine. So what does that mean? If you don't want to accept patients after breaking the fast, then just close it, you don't have to serve half and half.

β β β β β Tidak sesuai dengan jadwal tertera, sedikit info aja , dokternya datang jam 10 pagi, trus jam 12.00-15.00 sterilisasi jd bisa berobat lg abis ashar, keburu pingsan orang berobat disini
Not according to the schedule listed, just a little info, the doctor came at 10 in the morning, then 12.00-15.00 sterilization so you can get treatment again after Asr, suddenly fainted people for treatment here
