Dan ketika pengambilan resep, harus nunggu sampai setengah jam lebih. Padahal apotek terlihat tidak begitu banyak orang. Dan untuk saya yang sedang sakit, itu waktu yg lama karna harus menunggu lama diluar.
Tolong dibenahi yaa.

Pasien nanya jawabnya males2 an sambil nempelin kepala diatas meja (depan komputer) Padahl dokternya, apoteknya udh bagus tapi sayang staf pendaftarannya sangat tidak friendly. Ditanya jawabnya lama bgt, terus sambil mengernyitkan dahi. Ciri memakai apd (apron) warna ungu tua dan memakai jilbab. Tolong dievaluasi lagi, kasih pelatihan tatacara komunikasi yg baik dalam pelayanan, klo perlu dipecat aja

Patients nanya an answer males2 while nempelin head on the table (the computer) Padahl doctor, pharmacy UDH nice but unfortunately the registration staff very friendly. Asked the old answer bgt, kept frowning. Apd wear characteristic (apron) deep purple color and wear the hijab. Please be evaluated again, love the training protocols that better communication in the service, need to be fired aja klo
