★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat dengan keluhan gusi sakit bengkak sampai gabisa mangap samasekali ga diperiksa,ga di cek, cuma ditanya doang dan dikasih resep. Please lah kl kek gini mendingan ke apotek. Padahal BPJS ku kelas 1. Dikasih obat yg murah?
 Treatment with complaints of swollen gums that can't hold on is not checked at all, not checked, just asked and given a prescription. Please, if it's cake like this, it's better to go to the pharmacy. Even though my BPJS is class 1. I was given cheap medicine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy dtg jam 8...ok d cek suhu saja, tdk cek tensi loh.sy tanya dokter dtg jam brp ? Jam 10 dokter nya br dtg.. Alasan nya bla... Bla... Gmna klu kondisi pasien sekarat kita aja yg meriang rasa nya nunggu 2 jam itu sesuatu.... Tlg d perbaiki lg pelayanan nya... Hrs ramah... Kt dtg bayar bukan gratisan.....
I came at 8...ok, just checking the temperature, not checking the blood pressure, I asked the doctor what time? At 10 o'clock the doctor just arrived.. The reason is blah... blah... What if the condition of a dying patient is the only one we feel happy about waiting for 2 hours is something.... Please fix the service again... Must be friendly. .. Kt dtg pay not free.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malam ini tgl 8 Nov 2021 yg jaga di atas petugasnya angkuh bgt. Mentang2 pake bpjs pasien dicuekin malah sibuk telponan. Males bgt ke klinik husada lagi.
Tonight, November 8, 2021, the guard above the staff is very arrogant. When I use BPJS, the patient is ignored and even busy on the phone. Too lazy to go to the Husada clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat buruk, saya minta surat rujukan dipersulit malah disuruh tes darah,udah nunggu lama tiba2 petugasnya istirahat.benar2 buruk!!!!
Very bad service, I asked for a referral letter to be complicated, instead I was told to do a blood test, I've been waiting a long time for the officer to take a break. Really bad!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ berobat gigi sangat di persulit, org harus datang jam 7 lalu harus ada yg buat antrian sendiri yang pertama kali datang krn slot dokter gigi terbatas waktu saya hanya bisa 8 orang, lalu di suruh pulang datang lagi jam 2 siang, sedangkan rumah saya lumayan jauh harus naik motor kalau kesana .. apa tidak ada sistem yang terbaik selain ini ya ?
Dental treatment is very difficult, people have to come at 7 o'clock then someone has to make their own queue who is the first to come because the dentist's slot is limited, I can only have 8 people, then I was told to come home again at 2 pm, while my house is quite far away. ride a motorbike if you go there.. isn't there a better system besides this, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali tidak rekomendasi untuk berobat disini admin dan dokternya pun tidak ramah. Saya putuskan hari ini saya pindah Klinik. Kalau di bilang kerjaanya banyak itu Resiko kalau mau enak jgn kerja tidur aja di rumah
Very bad service, not a recommendation for treatment here, the admin and the doctor are not friendly. I decided today I'm moving clinic. If you say you have a lot of work, it's a risk if you want it to be good, don't work, just sleep at home
