★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a bunny parent of 5 buns. This clinic is the only barely reliable vets near my house so everytime something happens with my bunnies, I would check them here.
I'm having a love-hate relationship with this clinic. Cost wise, the clinic is expensive. Every vets working here has different competency regarding rabbits because their main patients are cats and dogs. Some are competent enough that I feel reassured leaving my bunnies in their care, but most of them not.
The last time I brought my bunnies here (around 2 w ago), the vet told me -in a not-so-confident intonation- that they had mange in the outer auricle of their ears and dry skin hence the dandruff and loss of fur in their body. I follow the vet's instruction but with time my bunnies condition worsen. I plan to bring them to other vets that are relative far but recommended for small animals and cheaper in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat here twice. The first visit i told the doctor about the condition that my cat started dont want to eat since two days ago and aske the doctor to check it. The doctor tell that my cat was ok and need vitamin. I told the doc please make sure that the baby inside is ok or not so please usg. The doctor surprised and said "oh wow. I didnt know that she was pregnant". What, as a doctor you should know since you also make touch to her body. I go back home and two with some medicine and vitamins priced Rp. 222.000 and then two days next my cat was getting worse so I come back and handled with different doctor. I told them more details and asked them to please make sure what exactly happen to my cat. After details they said my cat ok just dehidration. I paid Rp. 200.000 for this time. And the next day my cat getting worse. Anyone has the same experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had have a tough feeling. Last month 3 of 4 my cats infected by Panleu Virus. One of them was passed away and I am so sad. But KHJ has the best team to treat my other cats with no exception. I really appreciate the Doctor, the nurse and whole team who worked there. Thank you for help me to save my Cats. 3 of them now, survived form Panleu. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
