★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget nih Klinik sumpah, daftar diKlinik nunggu 30 menit padahal cuma sendiri satu-satunya Pasien, pas ditanya taunya blom diproses sama sekali malah ketawa" bukannya minta maaf udah ngebuat orang nunggu, Dokternya juga nggak meriksa sama sekali cuma nyatet doang padahal udah ngebuat keluhan banyak bgt, harga obat 65k dan ditotal semua jadi 115k eh taunya pas liat di apotek harga obatnya cuma 19k, kalo emang mau nyari untung nggak segitunya sampe harga obat dimahalin 3,5x lipat dari aslinya, udah gitu bukannya bekerja dan buat membaik eh malah nambah penyakit baru, dasar klinik abal-abal/penipuan dituntut aja nih Klinik sama orang-orangnya biar ditutup dan dipenjara agar tidak merugikan orang lain lagi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan payah, apalagi bagian administrasi dan obat hanya ngobrol, pasien nunggu obat sudah lama, malah ditanya mau berobat, lah itu kan hasil berobatnya sudah dikasih obatnya bukan disiapin malah ngobrol, baru langsung grabak grubuk ngurusin obat, habis itu ketawa mereka atas kinerja mereka yg seperti itu, parah lah pokoknya kalo gak terpaksa mending jangan berobat disini deh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg mw nyari untung g peduli sama pasien..kita datang jm 9 kurang pas daftar g di kasih tau ..klu dokter nya g ada .kita mw berobat itu artinya sakit ..orang sakit malah di suruh nunggu..dokter nya payah semua. G ada yg stanby..kita nunggu sampe 1'5 jam lebih..ud kapok berobat disitu ...payah pelayanannya.
The clinic that is looking for profit doesn't care about the patient.. we arrived at 9 a.m. not right at registering. We weren't told.. if the doctor wasn't there. . No one is on standby.. we wait for more than 1'5 hours.. we've given up getting treatment there... poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah kliniknya bagus, cepat, dan pelayanannya bagus.. Gak tau kenapa penilaian yang lain jelek2 semua padahal aslinya bagus bangettt. Keluarga Saya selalu langganan berobat disini, ngurus bpjs juga cepat buat rujuk dan dokternya baik banget. Alhamdulillah juga obatnya ampuh 2 hari udah mendingan seger lagi
Thank God the clinic is good, fast, and the service is good.. I don't know why the other ratings are all bad even though the original is really good. My family always subscribes for treatment here, taking care of BPJS is also fast for referrals and the doctor is really good. Alhamdulillah, the medicine is also effective in 2 days, it's better to be fresh again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bersih, dari segi pelayanan baik.. Adminitrasi, perawat, bidan dan dokternya baik-baik, untuk yg pertama kali datang alurnya ke bagian adminnya terlebih dahulu nanti di tanya pasien bpjs atau non bpjs, setelah itu kita di cek melalui bpjs benar atau tidak bpjs kita terdaftar setelah itu jika terdaftar kita lanjut menunggu panggilan untuk ke dokternya dan menunggu lagi untuk obat selesai deh. Dan kalo bpjsnya tidak aktif berarti ada masalah dengan bpjsnya biasanya admin akan jelaskan dan dikasih pilihan untuk berobat tunai prosedurnya sama tidak ada perbedaan.
Gak tau kenapa penilaiannya pada jelek2, banyak yg komplen menunggu lama, sebenarnya mah tau diri aja kalo misalnya nunggu lama mungkin sedang racik obatnya atau lainnya. Pokoknya mah klinik ini dari dulu dah banyak bantu saya dan keluarga kalo berobat

And if the bpjs is inactive, it means that there is a problem with the bpjs, usually the admin will explain and give the option for cash treatment, the procedure is the same, there is no difference.
I don't know why the ratings are bad, many complain about waiting a long time, actually I know that for example, if you wait a long time, you might be concocting the medicine or something. Anyway, this clinic has helped me and my family a lot when it comes to treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik hanyana pelayanannya bagus, dokter, reception nya baik-baik, dapat info kalo ke dokter gigi ada setiap hari senin sampai jumat : jam 10pagi sampai jam 12 siang kalo gigi biasanya daftar jauh2 hari karna selalu full, saya aja daftar dapatnya 5 hari kedepannya, dan dokter umum / buat suntik kb : jam 7 pagi sampai jam 10 malam aja bukan 24 jam.
Yang 24 jam itu melahirkan atau dalam keadaan darurat doang. Untuk dokter cici is the best, my favorite dokter hehe. Cuma untuk apotekernya yg mas2 gimana gitu hehe, tapi overall bagus kok, suka bingung kenapa penilaiannya jelek menurut saya klinik nya baik-baik aja, ya tergantung ya beda2 orang beda juga penilaiannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini ke klinik Hayana alhamdulillah memuaskan, sebelum kesini liat penilaian orang2 kok pada rendah jadi rada ragu buat kesini, tapi beraniin diri wkwk
Ternyata bagus2 aja, dokter hari ini laki2, baik banget periksanya detail mungkin karna tiap hari dokter beda2 jadi tergantung pemeriksaannya mungkin.. Lupa tanya nama dokternya pokok nya dokternya top, mba2 perawatnya juga cepat periksa bpjs saya, untuk obat rada lambat mungkin susah dan banyak obatnya.
Kesini sore alhamdulillah juga sepi jadi cepat
