Saya masuk bahkan tidak disambut, dan di bagian pelayanan tidak ada yang menggunakan masker bahkan dokternya pun tidak menggunakan masker.
Sudah saatnya utk klinik" seperti ini di tindak tegas oleh pemerintah setempat. Bahkan saya masuk ke ruangan dokter umum, dokternya lebih gawat lagi. Dokter nyapun bahkan tidak tau cara menghadapi dan me nenangkan passien.
Dokter : Kamu kenapa berobat apa yg dirasakan? sambil megang kepala.
saya : Saya jelaskan sakit saya, tapi dokternya malah nyalahkan saya.. (Dokter setinggi apapun ilmu mu tapi kalau Atitudemu ga ada sama aja pak dokter. Beradab dong klw memang kerjaan sbg dokter itu berat. lepaskan, kasian masyarakat)
Dokter : dokter mengancam, kalau ada apa" yang terjadi sama kamu saya ga tanggung jawab yah..
sy : gila dokternya ini ( saya putuskan utk pindah faskes dan tidak jadi berobat)

Doctor: Why are you taking medication, what do you feel? while holding the head.
Me: I explained my illness, but the doctor blamed me .. (No matter how high your knowledge is, doctor, you don't have the same attitudes, sir, doctor. Be civilized, if you have a hard job as a doctor. let go, poor community)
Doctor: the doctor threatens, if there is anything "that happens to you I'm not responsible, yeah ..
sy: this doctor is crazy (I decided to move to a health facility and did not seek treatment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asli ini klinik bener2 pegawainya sombong2 nauzubillah.. Woy tolong lah. Lu jangan pada songok napa sih. Kita sebagai orang yg mau berobat kesini tuh sebenernya males bgt. Injek nh kaki ke klinik harapan sehat. Krna pegawainya pada acuh tak acuh. Perawat kok pada ga punya etika sih.. Astagfirullah... Kalo ga terpaksa gw ga mungkin kemari..
The original clinic, the employees are really arrogant, nauzubillah .. Wow, please. Why don't you listen to songok? We as people who want treatment here are actually really lazy. Injected my feet to the clinic, hope healthy. Krna employees are indifferent. How come nurses don't have ethics ... Astagfirullah ... If I didn't have to I might not come here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah selalu nyaman berobat diklinik harapan sehat 1, walau tempatnya sangat biasa dan untung2an untuk bagian pendaftarannya kadang ketemu yg ramah kadang juga yg jutek, tp yg penting dokter umum nya dr Akob jadwal setiap hr Minggu, dokter paling ramah, baik, enak buat konsultasi, g pelit informasi, sama ada satu lagi dokter cewek pake jilbab tp saya lupa namanya (baru sekali ketemu) pas kmrn jadwal hr kamis, juga ramah dan enak untuk konsultasi, dokter gigi nya juga baik, ramah dan enak untuk konsultasi , semoga ulasan saya ini bisa untuk referensi teman2 yg mau berobat diklinik ini, terima kasih.
Thank God it's always comfortable to seek treatment at the health hope clinic 1, even though the place is very ordinary and fortunately for the registration section, sometimes you meet friendly, sometimes rude ones, but the important thing is that the general practitioner Dr. Akob schedules every Sunday, the most friendly, kind, good doctor for consultations, I'm not stingy with information, there is another female doctor who wears a headscarf but I forgot her name (meet her only once) when the schedule was Thursday, also friendly and nice for consultation, the dentist is also good, friendly and good for consultation, I hope this is my review can be used as a reference for friends who want treatment at this clinic, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap berobat gak pernah di periksa cuma di tanya sakit apa lngsg kasih resep..
Aneh'y lagi di tensi aja engga tapi saya berobat di kasih obat darah tinggi pdhl keluhan vertigo riwayat darah rendah...
Yg ada pasien xlo nurutin obat dari situ makin parah iya...
Saran aja biarpun kita pke BPJS tapi kita kan bayar tiap bln bukan'y gratis jadi tolong perlakukan kita sama kaya pasien yg lain seperti hal'y org berobat ( di periksa di tensi selayak'y pasien) bukan cuma di tanya kaya interview kerja..

It's weird that I'm not on tension, but I was given medication for high blood pressure, even though I complained of vertigo and had a history of low blood pressure...
If there are patients who take the medicine from there, it's getting worse, right...
Just a suggestion, even if we use BPJS, but we pay every month, it's not free, so please treat us the same as other patients like people who seek treatment (checked at the proper blood pressure of a patient) not just asked like a job interview..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menjadi langgann diklinik krn aku daftar bpjs kesehatan disini. Pelayanan ramah, cm ada 1 dokter yg ga aku suka ?. Dan satu lagi yg ga aku suka sandal/ sepatu harus dilepas
I became a subscriber to the clinic because I registered for the health bpjs here. Friendly service, there is only 1 doctor that I don't like . And one more thing that I don't like sandals/shoes have to take off

Pelayanannya juga lama, pantes rate-nya rata2 bintang 1 semua
The doctor is strict, but the cool thing is who feels sick, who is he who is sotoy, people who want to be treated because of illness are getting more and more annoyed.
The service is also long, the rate is average, all 1 star
