Sumpah nyesel bgt berobat kesini,, cuma diinfus sama dikasih obat doang dr jm 4 - 9 mlm biaya nya 800K!! Parah sih ini. Mana pas dikasih obat gak dikasih makan dulu katanya gapapa. Parah parahhh.

Pelayanan sangat buruk, sy sbg pasien BPJS hanya bisa ngurut dada, waktu stri pendarahan, tdk ada tindakan sama sekali, smua dipersulit. Perawatnya jauh dari kata ramah, sangat mengecewakan sekali

200ribu tak bisa meredahkan panas anak saya.. Mahal doank ngasih obat gak ada efek sama sekali.. Giliran saya pindah klinik dan di pegang dokter aceh bayar periksa + obat 50rb .. anak saya sembuh..?

Saya selaku peserta BPJS sangat sangat menyesal Kerna saya memilih klinik ini, udah mah pada judes pelayannnya dokternya pun meriksa pasien kaya yang ogahΒ²n,, di kasih resep gak sesuai yang saya rasakan, apakah karna gratis mungkin jadinya pelayanannya kurang memuaskan,yang di rasa apa yang di kasih obat apa,,, percuma di potong tiap bulan dari gaji, toh gak saya pake kartunya malah setiap kali Sakit saya berobat ke dokter lain,

Sudah 3x kesini dan selalu dpt kesan negatif setelah nya karna pelayanan dr perawat nya amat sangat kurang baik,pasien lg nahan sakit malah d kata"in dgn kata yg kurang enak d ucapkan sebagai pekerja kesehatan sampe ngerasa sakit hati bgt dgn kata"nya klo pun tidak bisa menerima pasien mlm" sebaik nya sampaikan dgn kata"dan nada yg baik jgn sampai membuat org tersingung..padahal dokter nya baik dan ramah bgt

Pelayanan dokter giginya buruk ?, massa mau bersihin karang gigi kategori ringan ga bisa pakai bpjs, masa nunggu parah karang giginya baru bisa ?, kan lebih baik mencegah. Malah disuruh pakai yg umum,pdahal bpjs juga saya bayar ?,trus bayar buat apa klo semua fasilitas bpjs tersedia.
The dentist's service is bad , the masses want to clean the tartar in the mild category, they can't use BPJS, the waiting period for severe tartar can only be done, it's better to prevent it. In fact, I was told to use the general one, even though I also paid for BPJS , then what do I pay for when all the BPJS facilities are available.
