★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa hari lalu bawa pacar kesini dengan keluhan gigi mau ditambal, dari pertama datang pelayanan sudah ga sreg. Rsepsionis langsung tinggalin kami dan hanya diminta tulis data diri untuk daftar pasien baru. Dokterpun langsung tindakan tanpa sebelumnya tanya keluhan apa saja karna didepan sudah ditanya cuma mau tambal. Dokter jelaskan cuma ada 2 opsi harus perawatan akar baru bisa ditambal atau dicabut. Dokter lakukan tambalan sementara dia bilang kalau bengkak balik lagi. Terus kenapa dia lakukan tambal sementara kalau sudah tau ga boleh ditambal ?. Alhasil besokkannya pipi langsung bengkak datang balik lagi ke klinik dan tambalan di bongkar dengan dokter berbeda. Dan tidak dipungut biaya. Buang buang uang. Kecewa...
A few days ago, I brought my boyfriend here with a complaint that his teeth wanted to be filled, from the first time he came the service was not comfortable. The receptionist immediately left us and was only asked to write down personal data for the list of new patients. The doctor immediately took action without previously asking any complaints because in front he had been asked, he just wanted a patch. The doctor explained that there are only 2 options, the new root treatment can be patched or removed. The doctor did a patch while he said the swelling came back again. Then why does he do temporary patching when he knows he can't be patched . As a result, the next day the swollen cheeks came back to the clinic and the patch was removed by a different doctor. And there is no charge. Waste of money. Disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10 years or so having a problem with a very bad cavity since I was a teen, finally I encouraged myself to go Odac Family Dentist today.
It was good. Going to dentist isn't as scary as I thought before. I think now I should normalize visit dentist every 6 months. I was treated by drg Leniva. Thank you.
