Really friendly even like not a patient, I treated like a friend. Very familiar and cheap smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bersih, prokesnya keren, beberapa kali cabut gigi, bikin gigi palsu dan operasi graham bungsu sama dokter Petrus prosesnya cepet dan ga kerasa sakit.. Thank You Happy smile
The clinic is clean, the procedure is cool, I pulled my teeth several times, made dentures and had surgery for the youngest graham with Doctor Petrus, the process was fast and didn't hurt. Thank You Happy smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini untuk cabut gigi bungsu yg gak mau tumbuh dg baik, jadi bikin gusi bengkak dan nyut-nyutan. Kebetulan kliniknya dekat dg tempat tinggal. Alhamdulillaah, dipertemukan dg Ibu dokter Indah yg ramah dan komunikatif, saat periksa pertama kali. Dan juga Pak dokter Petrus yg sangat sabar, yg kasih tindakan cabut gigi bungsunya. Padahal giginya agak bandel, susah banget dicabut. Tapi alhamdulillaah, berhasil dicabut juga, he he. Oya, kakak-kakak petugasnya juga ramah-ramah. Terima kasih yaa, Happy Smile... :).
I'm here to remove wisdom teeth that don't want to grow properly, so they make the gums swell and swell. Incidentally, the clinic is close to where I live. Alhamdulillaah, I was met with Mrs. Doctor Indah, who was friendly and communicative, during the first check-up. And also Mr. Doctor Petrus, who was very patient, who gave him the act of removing his wisdom tooth. Even though his teeth were a bit stubborn, it was very difficult to remove them. But thank God, it was successfully revoked too, he he. Oh yes, the officers are also friendly. Thank you, Happy Smile... :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di masa pandemi seperti ini, dokter gigi yang biasa memutuskan tidak praktek, alhamdulillah dikenalin sama dr. Indah yang tetep praktek tapi menjaga protokol kesehatan. Dalam 1 tahun saya udah perawatan akar, cabut gigi graham, tambel gigi, sampai kontrol branches di klinik happy smile. Semuanya di jalanin dengan baik, dan gak drama drama club. XD
Pernah satu waktu sakit banget sebelum keluar kota, dr indah langsung fast respond dan kasih pilihan prosedur, memilih untuk cabut gigi graham di hari yg sama supaya saat di luar kota gak ada masalah.
Setiap selesai kontrol/tindakan, secara berkala dokter dan admin nya juga bertanya tentang kondisi saya.
Dokternya dan partnernya sangat berkompeten, selalu memperhatikan case by case, memberikan cerita dan mau mendengarkan cerita sehingga terasa tidak ada jarak antara pasien dan dokter. Feels like home where my teeth should be.

During a pandemic like this, the dentist who used to decide not to practice, thank God, was introduced by dr. Indah who continues to practice but maintains health protocols. Within 1 year I've had root treatment, graham tooth extraction, dental fillings, and branch control at the happy smile clinic. Everything is run well, and there is no drama club drama. XD
Once when I was really sick before going out of town, Dr. Indah immediately responded quickly and gave a choice of procedures, choosing to have her molars removed on the same day so that when she was out of town there would be no problems.
After every control/action, the doctor and admin periodically ask about my condition.
The doctor and his partner are very competent, always pay attention to case by case, tell stories and are willing to listen to stories so that it feels like there is no distance between the patient and the doctor. Feels like home where my teeth should be.
