★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat baik, menggunakan protokol kesehatan. Dokternya ramah, sangat detail, & sabar menjawab setiap pertanyaan kita (tdk pelit ilmu). Klinik ini sangat aku rekomendasikan.. Kalau yg membutuhkan perawatan gigi tanpa drama,bisa langsung melipir kesini.. Cuma untuk masa pandemi ini harus dengan perjanjian dulu ya kalau mau kesini. Karena penanganan disini benar2 menggunakan protokol kesehatan..jd butuh diatur juga untuk jumlah pasien yang akan ditangani.
The service is very good, using health protocols. The doctor is friendly, very detailed, & patient in answering our every question (not stingy with knowledge). I highly recommend this clinic.. If you need dental treatment without drama, you can immediately visit here.. Only for this pandemic period, you have to make an appointment if you want to come here. Because the treatment here really uses health protocols.. so it needs to be arranged also for the number of patients to be treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya buat janji sudah dua minggu lebih, dapatnya drg. Bunga. Untuk saya tidak masalah mau drg. Adi atau yg lain. Cuma saat membuat janji dan dapat no. 1, begitu saya datang di waktu yang disepakati, saya diselak oleh seorang bapak karena kata resepsionisnya si bapak cuma mau cek gigi palsu jadi cuma sebentar. Ini resepsionis yang membuat pengaturan janji. Menurut Anda ini gimana? Tentunya SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL!
Bukan soal sebentar atau lama, tapi menghargai dong pasien yang sudah bikin janji dan meluangkan waktu untuk datang. Orang mau ke toilet umum saja antre, ini sudah janji 2 minggu masih bisa diselak dan dipersilakan.
Ini sudah hampir 30 menit lho saya menunggu. Sebentar dari mana?
I made an appointment for more than two weeks, got it drg. Flower. For me, it doesn't matter if you want drg. Adi or others. Only when you make an appointment and get a no. 1, as soon as I arrived at the agreed time, I was interrupted by a father because the receptionist said the father only wanted to check his dentures so it was only for a moment. It's the receptionist who makes the appointment arrangements. What do you think of this? Absolutely VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
It's not a matter of short or long, but respect for patients who have made an appointment and took the time to come. People just want to go to public toilets in line, this is an appointment for 2 weeks, they can still be interrupted and welcome.
It's been almost 30 minutes you know I've been waiting. Where did you come from?
