Pertama sy sudah konfirmasi melalui wa. Karna jadwal sy padat tidak cuma menunggu dokter makan saja.
Apalagi sebelummya sudah janjian jam harusnya sudah siap.
saya tanyakan kok blm dipanggil? Sudah lebih 15menit (ya mohon ditunggu baru makan/istirahat) padahal kalo saya telat 5menit saja sudah diisikan org lain..
Beberapa menit kemudian dipanggillah saya, tindakkan dg dr rina klo tdk salah (bisa dicek dr yg menangani saya). Pas tindakkan super TIDAK RAMAH (ya mungkin lgi makan saya tanya ke perawat kok blm tindakkan) Setelah tindakkan dokter itu bilang BESOK LAGI SABAR JANGAN NYUSU NYUSU dg nada dan muka jutek
Haduuh anda itu kerja dibayar harusnya pelayanan tidak seenak itu. Kalo buka praktik sendiri monggo lha anda ikut orang.
Akhirnya saaya dikasir minta ganti dokter dia bilang gabisa yasudah saya bayar saaya pergi
Setelah itu saya hubungi dentes di colombo untuk ganti dokter disana, katanya bisa ganti dokter tp harus menyelesaaikan yg di dentes pakem dibilang saaya belum lunas karna dentes colombo konfirmasi dentes pakem
Haduuh saangat menjengkelkan sekali padahal saya lunas selalu bayar dan tidak ada kurang/hutang
Saya pernah 1x memang bayar tdk diberi nota dg alasan komputer mati. Kertas nota tertulis pun tidak diberi!!
Dari pada saya bayar yg seharusnya saya tidak bayar mending saya bayar jasa untuk ganti dokter ditempat lain.
Sudah pelayanan NOL saya minta rapihin gigi malah dibikin renggang sudah ada 2th lebih- pfft
Tp alhamdulilah 6bulan didokter baru gigi saya rapih dan rata.

I asked why you haven't been called? It's been more than 15 minutes (yes, please wait before eating/resting) even though if I'm only 5 minutes late it's already filled in by other people..
A few minutes later I was called, take action with Dr Rina if I'm not mistaken (you can check the doctor who handled me). When the action is super NOT FRIENDLY (yes, maybe I'm eating again, I asked the nurse, why hasn't it been done) After doing this the doctor said TOMORROW AGAIN BE patient, DON'T BREAST BREAKFAST with a dirty tone and face
Haduuh, you are paid work, the service should not be that good. If you open your own practice, please join people.
Finally, at the cashier, I asked for a doctor to change, he said it couldn't be, so I paid for it when I left
After that, I contacted Dentist in Colombo to change doctors there, he said he could change doctors, but he had to finish what was in Dentistry, he said I had not paid it off because Dentis Colombo confirmed Dents Standard
Ouch, it's very annoying, even though I always pay in full and there's no shortage/debt
I have paid once and was not given a note with the reason that the computer was off. Not even a written note was given!!
Instead of paying what I shouldn't have paid, I'd better pay for services to change doctors elsewhere.
It's been ZERO service, I asked to straighten my teeth, even though it was made tenuous, there's been more than 2 years - pfft
But thank God, 6 months from the new doctor, my teeth are neat and even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya ramah banget dari resepsionis sampe perawat dan dokternya, bener2 dikasih paham banget apa yg kita tanya apa yang kita perluin dan tanpa ada paksaan buat ngelanjutin perawatan jika itu diperlukan, buat tempat tunggunya juga nyaman, ada gambar2 edukasi merawat gigi lucu bikin ga tegang
the service is very friendly from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, they really understand what we ask what we need and without any coercion to continue treatment if it is needed, the waiting place is also comfortable, there are funny dental education pictures that make you not tense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke Dentes Jakal ini karena ada permasalahan gigi dan sekarang dah lumayan membaik sih.
1. Letaknya strategis ya, deket kampus, pasar, jalan utama jalan kaliurang. Jadi mudah dicari
2. Pelayanannya ramah, awal perawatan ada sedikit masalah dengan bracket yang lepas. Ternyata rmang gigi tu bisa bergerak kalo dipasang kawat.
3. Untuk harga lumayan terjangkau sih, karena ada paket2 yang bisa dipilih
4. Peralatan yang digunakan okey lhoo...
