★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking appointment jam 17.00, udah dateng ke klinik jam 16.45. jam 18.18 masih belum ditindak. Tanya ke frontdesk kenapa telat katanya tadi dokternya makan dulu jadi ngaret. Kita as a customer diminta booking janji, tp yg ngasih service malah lalai sampai separah ini. Tolong lebih menghargai waktu cust, apalagi kalo dihari kerja. Tapi, dokternya baik ketika melayani dan dari adminnya sudah minta maaf. Semoga kedepannya lebih komit ya (edited rate & comment dari 1 ke 3)
Booking appointment at 17.00, has come to the clinic at 16.45. at 18.18 still not acted on. Asked the frontdesk why he was late, he said that the doctor had eaten first so he was cranky. We, as a customer, are asked to book an appointment, but the one who provides service has even been negligent to this extent. Please respect customer time more, especially on weekdays. But, the doctor is good when serving and the admin has apologized. Hopefully in the future you will be more committed (edited rate & comments from 1 to 3)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik gigi yang sangat amat gak recommended. Pelayanan PLIN PLAN, gak PROFESSIONAL. Katanya kalau mau datang harus booking. Saya sudah booking dari pagi eh pas dateng ada org yg dateng duluan malah dibilang bentrok dan saya disuruh ngantri. Padahal saya datang beda 5menit dari waktu perjanjian saya. Dan dibukunya tertulis nama saya duluan yg didata. Saya suruh receptionistnya ngomong ke orangnya malah bingung malah jawab pusing. HAHHHH pilih receptionis yang berpendidikan dong biar tau attitude. Pantes ini klinik sangat sepi dan pas saya liat reviewnya sangat gak bagus. Jgn pernah ke klinik ini ya guys!!! Mending cari klinik yg lain. Krn pelayanan nomor satu mahal belakangan deh. Kalo mahal tapi pelayanan oke juga kita oke. Ini udah mahal pelayanan sangat JELEK!!!????
A dental clinic that is very, very not recommended. PLIN PLAN service, not PROFESSIONAL. He said if you want to come, you have to make a reservation. I've booked since morning, when I arrived, someone who came first was said to have clashed and I was told to queue. Even though I arrived 5 minutes from my appointment time. And in the book, my name is written first. I told the receptionist to talk to the person, even though he was confused, he said he was dizzy. HAHHHH choose an educated receptionist, so you know the attitude. No wonder this clinic is very quiet and when I saw the reviews it wasn't very good. Don't ever go to this clinic, guys!!! Better find another clinic. Because the number one service is expensive lately. If it's expensive, but the service is okay, we're okay too. It's already expensive, the service is very BAD!!!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist was 1 hour late. He couldn’t give me straight answers to my problems. Higiene is very questionable! The dentist assistants are males. I don’t think they clean the tools. Higiene was very questionable.
The toilet was wet and dirty. U will have to hold your pee while u wait!
