★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience.. Pelayanan Buruk, Dokter tidak ramah.. Mahal pula.. untuk mengeluarkan uang hampir setengah juta tanpa dilakukan pemeriksaan yg detail menurut saya terlalu mahal.. Kapok kesana cukup 1x saja..
Really bad experience .. Bad service, Doctor is not friendly .. Expensive too .. to spend nearly half a million without a detailed examination done in my opinion is too expensive .. Kapok there just 1x enough ..

Saya terpaksa ke klinik ini karena klinik gigi langganan saya tutup.
Dengan pelayanan yang minim dan biasa saja, gigi berlubang yang dimasukkan kapas yang sdh dberi obat lalu ditutup pakai tambalan sementara seperti semen putih yang apabila gosok gigi akan hilang dlm waktu beberapa hari. tanpa diberi resep obat & bukan tambal permanen loh ini ya.
tapi saya harus membayar sebesar 950 ribu rupiah.
Tanpa adanya rincian harga, brp biaya konsultasi dll, kwitansi / receipt pun tidak ada.
Di dalam klinik tidak ter publish rincian harga, awalnya pada saat ditanya lewat telfon pun tidak mau menjelaskan berapa biaya konsultasi, receptionist pun pada saat ditanya tidak bisa menjawab.
Pembayaran dilakukan ke drg nya (drg Rika Elvia) langsung, bukan ke receptionist yg berada di lantai bawah.
Saya sarankan kepada anda, lebih baik ke klinik atau RS yang mmg terpercaya dan memiliki review yang bagus daripada harus ke klinik ini.

I was forced to go to this clinic because my dental clinic was closed.
With minimal and ordinary service, cavities are put in cotton which has been given medicine and then closed using temporary fillings such as white cement which when brushing your teeth will disappear within a few days. without a prescription and not a permanent patch, you know?
but I have to pay 950 thousand rupiah.
Without details on prices, consultation fees etc., there is no receipt / receipt.
In the clinic the price details are not published, initially when asked by telephone they did not want to explain how much the consultation cost, the receptionist was not able to answer when asked.
Payment is made to the drg (drg Rika Elvia) directly, not to the receptionist downstairs.
I suggest to you, it's better to go to a clinic or hospital that is trusted and has good reviews than to go to this clinic.
