1. Hasil test lebih lama atau H+1 padahal minta yg same-day 2. NIK yg terkonfirmasi + tidak didaftarkan ke NAR atau data isoman kemenkes, padahal itu wajib bagi lab utk mendaftarkan NIK yg terkonfirmasi + bagi klinik yg berafiliasi dgn kemenkes, ditanya ke pengirim hasilpun no response at all.
1. The test results are longer or H + 1 even though they ask for the same day 2. Confirmed NIK + is not registered with NAR or Ministry of Health isoman data, even though it is mandatory for the lab to register a confirmed NIK + for clinics affiliated with the Ministry of Health, asked the sender of the results, no response at all.

Saya antigen dan hasil nya harus nunggu 1 jam. Ok gpp karna saya pikir dekat rumah dan harga ekonomis. Yg parah nya ga masuk di peduli lindungi hasilnya udah seharian lebih, saya tanya sampe 3 kali balik ke klinik, karna telfon saya ga diangkat angkat, sampe nya saya diklinik malah staffnya terus menyalahkan sistem peduli lindungi. abis itu saya tes antigen di tempat lain, ga sampe setengah hari udah keluar itu test antigen di peduli lindungi saya dan pada akhirnya peduli lindungi saya kembali hijau status nya. Yaa hargaaaaa memang tidak pernah bohong, sesuai lah walaupun sedikit mahal. Ingat, Barang siapa yg mempersulit urusan orang, niscaya Allah akan menyulitkan nya.

The worst thing is that I didn't go to the care to protect the results, it's been more than a day, I asked 3 times to go back to the clinic, because I didn't pick up my phone, until I got to the clinic, the staff kept blaming the care and protection system. After that, I tested the antigen in another place, it didn't even take half a day for the antigen test to come out, care to protect me and in the end care about protect me back its green status. Yes, the price never lies, it's appropriate even though it's a little expensive. Remember, Whoever complicates the affairs of people, Allah will make it difficult for him.

Pelayanannya baik dan bagus sampai dengan hari dimana suami saya sakit. Indikasi sakitnya demam, influenza dan radang. Demam dari tanggal 24 - 25 Jan. Kami minta tolong dibuatkan surat sakit dengan total maksimal 2 hari terhitung dari tanggal 24 Jan. Karena khawatir masih demam atau blm fit. Dan benar saja, suami saya masih sakit di tgl 25 Jan. Sehingga diperlukan surat sakit di hari itu. Dengan dalih atas keputusan dokter saya minta revisi menjadi 2 hari tapi jawabannya benar2 sangat tidak memuaskan. Kami berobat bayar, tidak menggunakan asuransi maupun BPJS. Kedua, suami saya benar sakit bukan main2 atau drama. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya yang amat sangat mengecewakan.

We pay for treatment, do not use insurance or BPJS. Second, my husband is really sick, not playing games or dramas. Thank you for the very disappointing service.

sangat tidak direkomendasi untuk antigen dan pcr, aturan dan kebijakan klinik berubah2, antigen pertama saya hasil di infokan via whatsapp 1 jam setelah pengambilan sampling aktualnya 2 jam itupun harus ditlp dulu dan ditanya terkait hasil. antigen ke2 saya di klinik gaharu menunggu hasil antigen 2 jam dlm bentuk printout tidak bisa soft file sangat tidak efektif di era digital. antigen ke 3 saya hari ini pengambilan sampling jam 11.30 sampe jam 16.00 hasil masih juga blm dikirim ditlp klinik sibuk dan tidak bisa angkat tlp. di wa pun tidak ada komentar. untung rumah saya dekat dgn klinik, coba klo customer yg mau antigen atau pcr yg jauh dgn klinil harus bolak balik. tolong management klinik hal ini diperhatikan dan diperbaiki. agar tidak merugikan customer yg ingin berobat atau sekedar antigen/pcr. terimakasih
not really recommended for antigen and PCR, clinical rules and policies change, my first antigen results were informed via whatsapp 1 hour after taking the actual sampling 2 hours and even then I had to call first and ask about the results. My 2nd antigen at the agarwood clinic was waiting for the antigen results for 2 hours in the form of a printout, it couldn't be a soft file, very ineffective in the digital era. My 3rd antigen is sampling today at 11.30 until 16.00 the results have not been sent yet. The clinic is busy and can't pick up the phone. there are no comments on wa. fortunately my house is close to the clinic, try if the customer who wants antigen or PCr is far from the clinic, they have to go back and forth. please management of the clinic, pay attention to this and fix it. so as not to harm customers who want treatment or just antigen/pcr. thank you
