★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun masih baru untuk home servicenya , tapi para petugas dan perawatnya bagus ramah bisa dipercaya. Cuman CS nya mgkin bisa ditingkatkan untuk lebih engaged konsumen ya. Maju terus Firena Husada pelayananya cukup baik. Semoga kedepan ada WA bussines biar bisa janjian via WA aja
Even though it's still new for the home service, the officers and nurses are friendly and can be trusted. It's just that the CS can be improved to be more engaged with consumers. Keep going, Firena Husada, the service is quite good. Hopefully in the future there will be WA bussines so we can make an appointment via WA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara umum,bagus.tapi untuk pelayanan dokter gigi M, dan P pelayanannya kurang.
Parahnya lagi,ketika saya kontrol tambal gigi sementara.tambalan sementara cuma di buka saja,tidak di tambal lagi.alasannya masih kondisi covid,disuruh seminggu lagi balik.? besok harinya saya ke dokter gigi lain yang pelayannya lebih bagus,dan langsung di tambal soalnya lubangnya nggak terlalu besar
In general, it's good. But for dentists M and P the service is lacking.
Worse yet, when I checked for temporary fillings. Temporary fillings were only opened, not patched anymore. The reason was that the condition was still covid, I was told to come back in a week. The next day I went to another dentist with better service, and immediately patched the problem. the hole is not too big

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter nya bagus dlm pelayanan thd pasien, ramah sabar, diagnosa & obat yg diberikan tepat, jg murah biaya nya bagi pasien umum.
The doctor is good in service to patients, friendly and patient, the diagnosis and medicine given is right, the cost is also cheap for general patients.
