★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Apotek terlalu cepat menjelaskan tretment nya. Jadi agakk sedikit membingungkan n harus menanyakan ulang.
Pelayanan suster nya manis puas banget pengen balik lagi kesini hehe.. Hehe
 The pharmacy service is too quick to explain the tretment. So it's a bit confusing n have to ask again.
The service of the nurse is sweet, very satisfied, want to come back here hehe .. Hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2bln yg lalu datang kesini,,ketemu dr.luki ditawarin treatment autoroller untuk menghilangkan jerawat,, Alhamdulillah jerawat sdh reda tinggal hilangin bekasnya aja,pelayanan ramah,tmpt bersih,nyaman Dan gak trllu antri yah kalau datang weekday
2 months ago, I came here ,, I met Dr. Luki, I was offered an autoroller treatment to get rid of acne ,, Alhamdulillah the acne has subsided, only the scars are gone, the service is friendly, it looks clean, comfortable and doesn't need to queue up when you come weekday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup kecewa dengan pelayanan disini. Secara tempat oke, luas dan tersedia parkir mobil. Tapi untuk pelayanan dokter sangat tidak memuaskan, kunjungan pertama kali tidak ada skincheck dan skinanalyst, padahal bagian ini sangat penting untuk pasien, krn akan jd pembanding sblm dan sesudah perawatan, inipun pengaruh pada klinik. Pasien hanya diminta menyebutkan keluhannya, setelah itu dokter menawarkan treatment yg cocok, dokter ngejelasin kayak DIKEJAR SETAN! gak ada jeda sama sekali, sampe dia sendiri berlibet dan banyak kata2 yg jd rancu. Padahal klinik lagi sepi, di administrasi gak ada yg dtg, ada pasien setelah saya kurleb 1jam diruang treatment. Entah semua dokter di klinik ini begini atau cuma oknum dokter ini aja.
Kemudian krn udh konsultasi dokter dapat free standar facial. Tapi rasanya jauuh dibawah standar, setelah cleansing gak ada proses pembukaan pori - pori kulit, jadi langsung pengangkatan komedo, asli krn gada proses pembukaan pori2 td jadi sakit, ditambah proses tsb bentar doang.
Masuk ke treatment utama, durasi waktu treatment cm 5 menit malah kyknya kurang dr itu, hadeh, harga treatment yg ga murah durasi cm 5menit . Ga ngerti lagi deh, udh bete duluan, dr dokter pun gak ada penjelasan.
Setelah selesai treatment, therapys bilang krim nya di lt. 1 dan nnti di jelasin skalian disana. Sampai lt. 1, setelah krim dikasih nggk ada penjelasan apapun, waktu ditanya malah balik nanya "emg td ga di jelasin?" Walaupun gak pake nada ketus, tetep aja bikin bete dan bingung pasien.
Kunjungan kedua (saya ambil paket 3x) ga beda jauh2 amat, tp dokter bicara agak santai, tp treatment msh gajauh beda. Entah kunjungan selanjutnya gmn, semoga aja ada perbaikan. SOP, pelayanan, dan kualitas dokter penting bgt, klo kaya gini pasien kecewa ga balik lagi, yg rugi ya klinik.

But for the doctor's service is very unsatisfactory, the first visit there is no skincheck and skinanalyst, even though this section is very important for patients, because it will be compared before and after treatment, this also affects the clinic. Patients are only asked to mention their complaints, after that the doctor offers a suitable treatment, the doctor explained like a demon! there was no pause at all, until he himself was met with a lot of ambiguous words. Even though the clinic is quiet, there is no administration in dtg, there are patients after I kurleb 1 hour in the treatment room. Either all the doctors in this clinic like this or just just this doctor.
Then because the doctor has consulted free facial standards. But it feels too far below the standard, after cleansing there is no process of opening the pores of the skin, so immediately removing blackheads, original because of the process of opening the pores, it hurts, plus the process will be briefly interrupted.
Entering the main treatment, the duration of the treatment time is 5 minutes, instead it seems less than that, hadeh, the price of the treatment is not cheap, the duration is 5 minutes. I don't understand anymore, I already felt right, from the doctor there was no explanation.
After finishing treatment, the therapist says the cream is on the lt. 1 and this is explained by the scaling there. Until lt. 1, after giving the cream there was no explanation whatsoever, when I was asked instead I asked "why haven't you explained?" Even though it doesn't use a curt tone, it still makes the patient and confused patient.
The second visit (I took the 3x package) was not very different, but the doctor spoke rather casually, but the treatment was still different. I don't know if there will be a next visit. SOP, service, and quality of doctors are very important, if it's like this the patient is disappointed not to come back, the loss is clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keluhan aku hanya jerawat tapi jerawat nya hanya sebiji dua biji gitu. Dokternya cuma nanya keluhannya apa dan bahkan dia ga lihat muka aku langsung ngomong tawarin treatment dll. Sampai aku buka bingung kok dokternya ga analisis muka aku, ga dilihat dengan jelas jenis kulit dan jerawatnya (secara aku cuma tau kulit muka aku sepertinya berminyak dan jerawat nya hormonal) tapi seharusnya dia yg lebih ngerti dong. That's why aku ke dokter.
Trus setelah kesini aku pake creamnya malah jerawat aku kok tambah banyak. Awal kupikir gapapa lah siapa tau emang gitu (kayak kuarin semua trus tar clean). Singkat cerita setelah hampir 2 bulan kulit muka aku jadi tipis sekali. Jerawat aku breakout banget banget (padahal sebelumnya ga pernah). Jadi seminggu sebelum 2 bulan aku stop pemakaian dan aku buang semua cream nya.
My complaint is only pimples but the pimples are only two seeds. The doctor just asked what his complaint was and he didn't even look at my face and immediately offered treatment etc. Until I opened, I was confused how come the doctor didn't analyze my face, I couldn't clearly see the skin type and acne (I only know that my facial skin seems oily and the acne is hormonal) but he should understand better. That's why I went to the doctor.
Then after coming here I used the cream, but I actually got more pimples. At first I thought it would be okay, who knows what it is (like I'll leave everything and keep it clean). Long story short, after almost 2 months my facial skin became very thin. I really breakout acne (even though I never before). So a week before 2 months I stopped using it and I threw away all the cream.

Sekali ketemu Dr. Luki jerawatku langsung ngaciiiirrrr?, udah sekitar 3minggu sejak ketemu Dr. Luki alhamdulillah jerawat ga nongol lg., padahal cream yg di pake sama aj, tinggal ngilangin bekasnya aj merah2, terima kasih Dr. Luki? .

Once met Dr. My acne scars immediately popped up , it's been about 3 weeks since I met Dr. Thank God the acne didn't show up anymore, even though the cream that I used was the same, all I had to do was remove the red marks, thank you Dr. Luki .
