★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pekerja pendaftaran nya ga layak di pertahanin, judes bgt. pdahal ga seharus nya kaya gtu. tolong di perbaiki. walaupun saya pake bpjs tp saya bayar perbulan nya
the registration worker is not worth keeping, it's really bitchy. even though it's not supposed to be like that. please fix. even though i use bpjs but i pay monthly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf saya kasi bintang 1 alasannya petugas nya tidakbramah dan jutek , kalo ga mau kerja udah berhenti aja banyak yang lebih layak dan butuh kerja pihak kelinik juga harus evaluasi kenerja petugasnya jangan sampe perlahan2 orang2 pindah ke kelinik lain makasih

gk boleh seperti itu, harus banyak senyum ya mba jgn jutek...biar yg lain jg nyaman sama pelayanan si mba... Pokoknya d rubah ya mba jgn jutek kasian jg sm yg lain lama lama ntar gk nyaman
klw dokter nya baik semua pertanyaan d jawab...
the registration section is there, the mba is jutek, bitchy, if you stay silent, you have to smile and say hello
It can't be like that, you have to smile a lot, Ms. Don't be rude... so that others are comfortable with Ms.'s service.
If the doctor is good, all questions will be answered...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah emg sih.. jadwal bidan ga sesuai .sy dtg selasa ktnya ga praktek suruh dtg bsok .besok nya sy dtg ga ada lg ktnya ga praktek .suruh dtg bsoknya lg .. bner2 ga profesional .mau minta rujukan ke rs jg harus ke bidan dl .krna rujukan pasca cesar. Dipersulit bgt yaa kesannya. Jdwal kontrol ke rs jg jd molorrr.. meleset dr tgl kontrol gara2 bidan ga praktek!!!!
It's really bad... the midwife's schedule doesn't match dl .because of post-cesarean referral. It's so difficult to impress. The schedule for the control to the hospital was also delayed.. it missed the control date because the midwives didn't practice!!!!

Kasih kartu bpjs,dicek tensi dan kebagian no belasan,sekarang jam 17.00 antrian masuk baru no 1.yang salah seh dokternya,datang telat dan pasien jadi terlantar nunggu dokter.
Come to the clinic at 16.00
Give the bpjs card, check the blood pressure and get the number ten, now at 17.00 the new entry queue is number 1. The doctor is wrong, he arrives late and the patient is left behind waiting for the doctor.
