★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ke Dr. Lay berhubung pundak kiri kanan saya sakit selama 2 minggu. Waktu ke sana lumayan antriannya nunggu sekitar 1 jam an.
Selagi menunggu banyak yang datang dengan kursi roda dan pakai tongkat keliatannya pasien lama dgn membawa x-ray dan document dokter.
Mungkin yang berminat datang, sekalian bawa hasil x-ray atau dokumentasi dari dokter kalau ada.
Balik ke kondisi aku, tiba disana saya baring, ditangani dulu sama ibu dr. Lay dan pundak saya diurut selama 2 menitan. Urutnya sakit banget jadi siap2 saja ?! Setelah kedua pundak saya di tusuk pake jarum akupunture dan di aliri listrik. Sensasi listriknya seperti di urut dari kiri ke kanan tapi di dalam kulit. Proses ini kurang lebih selama 10 -15 menit.
Setelah itu Pak Dr. Lay gantian menangani saya buat terapi tulang belakang. Tulang belakang saya di kretekin dari segala sisi, maknyos! Udah itu saya disuruh baring terlentang dan dagu saya di tarik pake handuk sambil kaki saya di pegang, kalau gak salah ini teknik physio untuk meregangkan buku2 tulang belakang.
Ya Wes therapy ku selesai dalam kurang waktu 30 menit hasilnya sakit pundak nya hilang dlm sekejap hari itu juga!
Saya di kasi obat minum juga untuk otot yg di mana setengah jalan aku stop karena memilih tdk minum obat2 byk2 dan sakitnya pun sudah hilang.
Semua nya di charge totalan 600k termasuk obat which is menurut saya murah untuk semua therapy yg saya dapatkan.

I went to Dr. Lay since my left and right shoulder ached for 2 weeks. The queue is pretty long to wait around an hour.
While waiting for many to come in wheelchairs and use sticks it looks like old patients carrying x-rays and doctor's documents.
Maybe those who are interested come, and bring an x-ray or documentation from a doctor if there is one.
Back to my condition, I arrived there lying, first handled by the mother of Dr. Lay and shoulders I sorted for 2 minutes. The sequence hurts so much, get ready ?! After both of my shoulders, I put on an acupuncture needle and it was electrified. The electrical sensation is as ordered from left to right but inside the skin. This process takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
After that, Dr. Lay turns handling me for spinal therapy. My spine is stretched out from all sides, delicious! Already, I was told to lie on my back and my chin was pulled using a towel while my legs were held, if I'm not mistaken this is a physio technique for stretching spinal books.
Yes Wes my therapy was finished in less than 30 minutes the result of his shoulder pain disappeared in an instant that day!
I was given medication to take medication for muscles which halfway through I stopped because I chose not to take drugs, but the pain was gone.
Everything is charged for a total of 600k including drugs which is in my opinion cheap for all the therapies that I get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudara saya kesana pada saat patah tulang, dan dokter ortho memvonis untuk operasi tapi saya datang ke dr lay dan di terapi oleh istrinya setelah itu balik normal dan tidak jadi operasi sampai saat ini . Terima kasih dok...saya rasa untuk harga reasonable (karena mempunyai skill dan ada hasil) dan dokter nya ramah pula, tidak ada yang instan memang kalau untuk pengobatan therapi seperti ini ketimbang dikasi obat sama dok ort.... prof... diganti terus obat nya, mending yang seperti ini menurut saya.
My brother went there at the time of the fracture, and the ortho doctor sentenced him to surgery but I came to Dr Lay and was treated by his wife after that he returned to normal and didn't have surgery until now. Thank you doc ... I think for the reasonable price (because it has the skills and results) and the doctor is friendly too, nothing is instant if for therapeutic treatment like this rather than the medication given at the doctor's doc ... prof ... I keep changing the medicine, I think it's like this.

Lalu, sekitar pertengahan September, saya merasakan nyeri di bagian leher kanan hingga pundak kanan saya hingga saya meriang. Saya kira saya salah bantal. Saya sudah bawa ke tempat pijat 2 kali tetapi sakit di leher dan pundak saya tidak kunjung sembuh. Akhirnya, saya direkomendasikan oleh saudara saya untuk berobat ke dr. Lay. Beliau langsung berkata bahwa saya mempunyai postur tubuh yang tidak baik karena saya sering membungkuk dan juga saya sering menghabiskan waktu yang lama duduk di depan laptop. Awalnya beliau ingin melakukan akupuntur, tetapi beliau hanya melakukan pijatan dan menarik tulang belakang saya karena saya umurnya masih muda dan mungkin belum berani untuk di-akupuntur. Beliau berkata kepada saya untuk kembali jika saya masih ada keluhan, tetapi sekali kunjungan, saya sudah sembuh. Awalnya bekas tarikan beliau terasa sakit hingga beberapa hari, tetapi sekarang postur tubuh saya sudah semakin baik dan saya sudah tidak merasakan sakit di leher dan pundak kanan saya, dan saya sudah tidak merasakan bekas tarikan beliau. I have posture problems and I often slouch or often sit for too long in front of the laptop. Then, around mid-September, I felt pain in the right neck down to my right shoulder until I felt chills. I guess I got the wrong pillow. I have taken it to the massage site 2 times but the pain in my neck and shoulder didn't heal. Finally, my brother recommended me to go to dr. Lay. He immediately said that I had a bad posture because I slouched a lot and that I often spent long periods of time sitting in front of the laptop. Initially he wanted to do acupuncture, but he only did massage and pulled my spine because I was young and maybe I didn't dare to do acupuncture. He told me to come back if I still had complaints, but one visit, I was cured. Initially his traction hurt for several days, but now my posture is getting better and I don't feel any pain in my neck and right shoulder, and I don't feel his traction anymore. Only when I "forget" and bend over while sitting, sometimes I still feel the traction. Maybe because I can't slouch now. Thank you very much, dr. Lay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinshe Lay is a combination of doctor & sinshe & chiropractic. One time cost me about rupiah 300k-700k (if with “arak”, the arak quite a price).
I came here about 4x & it can make me better. But sinshe hendro bintaro (its another place, you can google it) is the one who fully heal me (sinshe Hendro is very old tho & 10 minutes healing & a week of bluish pain but it heal after with one time coming). Sinshe hendro price around 300k.
