★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbak yang di depan komputer terlalu lamban, pernah saya janjian sama dokter jam 4 sore, saya dateng jam 4 kurang. . .harus nunggu lama gara gara berkas belum masuk ke ruang dokter, giliran berkas sudah masuk dokternya sudah pulang, itu kurang lebih jam 16:45, untuk selebihnya pelayanan oke, cuma minusnya dari pendaftaran sama cek tensi, terlalu lama. Mungkin bisa di perbaiki lain waktu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mba mba nya depan komputer ngomong nya sambil nyente nyente karna masalah bpjs .ngga ramah sama sekali sampai bapak nya yang komputer satunya cuma bisa diem karna mba nya ngomong sambil ngotot , katanya karna bpjs pengguna di atas 21 th udah ngga tanggungan orang tua ,saya nya jg ga faham eh di jlasin sambil ngotot, ngga taunya karna lg di urus di kerjaan makanya blm aktif ehh dia langsung kaya merasa bersalah telah ngotot, lain kali yang ramah mbaa , nga ada salah nya bicara ramah , yang ada kapokkk kesitu karna pelayanan nya kurang baik, semoga bisa di perbaiki lagi , coba bisa cek petugas yang di tgl 10 maret 2022, mohon di bimbing lagi petugasnya / karyawan nya
