★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik nya nyaman, hasil swab antigen dan pcr hasil nya cepat gak kaya sebelahnya.. dan apalagi klinik nya resmi terdaftar di Kemenkes dan peduli lindungi. Jadi aku aman untuk syarat perjalanan. Mantap lah ini klinik nya memuaskan sekali.. masukkan aj. Untuk jam pelayanan lebih di pastikan lagi ya. Dah itu aj seh. Yg lainnya bagus pelayanannya .. dan lebih di tingkat kan lagi ..
The clinic is comfortable, the results of the antigen swab and PCR are fast, not like the other side... and moreover, the clinic is officially registered with the Ministry of Health and cares about protecting it. So I'm safe for travel conditions. It's great that this clinic is very satisfying... just enter it. For more service hours, make sure again. That's all right. The others are good service .. and more on the level right ..

gue confirm jam 8 buat poli gigi disuruh dtg jam set 2 ! gua dtg jam 12 mereka break , pintu di kunci gue telpon lagi dia bilang disuruh dtg lagi jam set 2 buat daftar , DOKTER ADANYA JAM 4 ! gue nunggu 2 jam depan klinik NYA NGADEM DI MOBIL , setelah gua dtg MEREKA BILANG FULL TBTB BANYAK YANG NARO ANTRIAN , JELAS2 PINTU LO KEKUNCI DAN GUA DEPAN KLINIK BGT SAMBIL MANTAU SIAPA TAU ADA YANG MASUK TAPI GA SAMA SEKALI , MALAH DISURUH DATANG LAGI SENIN , GUA EMANG PAKE BPJS KELAS 1 bukan berarti di maennin

I confirmed at 8 for the dental clinic and was told to come at set 2! I waited 2 hours in front of the clinic, HIS LOOKING AT THE CAR, after I arrived THEY SAY FULL TBTB MANY PEOPLE ARE IN QUESTION, OBVIOUSLY YOUR DOORS ARE LOCKED AND THE FRONT OF THE CLINIC WAS GREAT WHILE MONITORING ANYONE COMING IN BUT NOT AT ALL AT ALL TIMES, OK I really use BPJS CLASS 1, it doesn't mean I'm playing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus. Hasil antigen lebih cepat dr pd sebelumnya dan dari lab sebelahnya. Apalagi PCR. Tepat waktu mlah bisa cepet kmarin..
Saran untuk petugas pendaftaran agar lebih ramah, dan menerima tamu jngn sambil duduk dan lebih cekatan dalam merespon pasien datang.
Good service. Antigen results are faster than before and from the next lab. Especially PCR. Right on time, even yesterday..
Suggestions for the registration officer to be more friendly, and to receive guests don't sit down and be more agile in responding to patients coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yang kurang memuaskan ketika test PCR kemarin, janji nya hasil lab akan di WA jam 10 siang (maksimal 12 siang) tetapi sampai jam 14:00 belum ada info apa2, ,
Petugas nya pun terkesan lepas tangan dan menyerahkan semua nya ke Lab Pusat katanya,
Semoga menjadi perbaikan kedepannya,

Unsatisfactory experience during yesterday's PCR test, the promise is that the lab results will be in WA at 10 noon (maximum 12 noon) but until 14:00 there is no info, ,
The officer was impressed by his hands off and handed everything over to the Central Lab, he said,
