★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im so sorry if i give 2 star. Jujur awal kesini dokternya fine aja. Aku kesini untuk crown.. Semua berjalan lancar, hanya saja dokter kurang komunikatif, dan yang buat aku kecewa adalah ketika aku mau tambal gigi taringku, karena ada lubang dibelakang, ketika aku datang kesana untuk maintenance crown aku dan PSA dokterpun sudah membuat janji jam 8.30 malam, tp di tlf jam 7.30 disuruh datang saat itu juga. Aku bilang bisanya jam 8. Dan assistant dokterpun inisial S bilang, baik ditunggu jam 8 ya kak. Ketika jam 8 kurang tiba disana aku nunggu 10 menitan, ada pasien Dokter yang menangani aku datang, DAN DIDAHULUKAN DONGGGG.... PADAHAL AKU DATANG DULUAN DAN SUDAH BUAT JANJI. ALHASIL NUNGGUIN PASIEN TERSEBUT. Nah pas giliran aku masuk, habis maintenance crown, gigi berlubangku dicek.. DAN GA JADI DITINDAK DONG KARENA ADA PASIEN YANG MAU PASANG BEHEL SETAU AKU. DOKTERNYA BILANG " MAAF YA SAYA LAGI BANYAK PASIEN, KAMU SAYA OPER AJA SENIN SAMA DOKTER X "
Loh saya bukan pasien? JUJUR KECEWA BANGET. Saya di dalam ruangan hanya 15 menit. Padahal waktu buat janji sudah jelas keluhan saya apa. Finally sekarang saya sudah pindah dokter gigi dan dari sini saya tau mana yg lebih baik. But i just want to say Thanks sudah merawat gigi crown saya sampai selesai. Semoga kedepannya semakin diperbaiki sistem kerjanya, dan sukses.
Im so sorry if i give 2 stars. To be honest, at the start, the doctor was fine. I'm here for a crown.. Everything went smoothly, it's just that the doctor was not communicative, and what made me disappointed was when I wanted to have my canine filling filled, because there was a hole in the back, when I came there for crown maintenance me and PSA the doctor had an appointment at 8.30 night, but on the phone at 7.30 I was told to come right then and there. I said usually at 8. And the assistant doctor's initials S said, OK, wait at 8, sis. When it was less than 8 o'clock I got there I waited for 10 minutes, there was a patient. The doctor who treated me came, AND FIRST DONGGGG.... BUT I COME FIRST AND HAD MADE A PROMISE. ALSO WAITING FOR THE PATIENT. So, when it was my turn to go in, after the crown maintenance, my cavities were checked.. AND IT WAS NOT ACTIONED BECAUSE THERE WAS A PATIENT WHO WANT TO INSTALL BRACELETS AS I KNOW. THE DOCTOR SAYS "SORRY, I HAVE MANY PATIENTS, I WILL OPERATE YOU ON MONDAY WITH DOCTOR X"
I'm not a patient? HONESTLY DISAPPOINTED. I was in the room only 15 minutes. Even though when I made the appointment it was clear what my complaint was. Finally now I have changed dentists and from here I know which one is better. But I just want to say Thanks for taking care of my crown teeth to completion. Hopefully in the future the work system will be improved, and be successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirawat disini. Udah ditambal permanent ngeluh sakit diawal. Sempat ngeluh sakit datang ke dokternya. Datang kesana langsung pas di check, Katanya gak apa apa setelah sakit trs, akhirnya coba rontgen ke klinik lain. ternyata infeksi serius. Hadeuhhh. Kacau!
Treated here. It's been permanently patched and complained of pain at the beginning. Had complained of pain came to the doctor. Came there right away when checked, he said it's okay after being sick, finally tried x-rays to another clinic. turned out to be a serious infection. Hadehhh. Chaotic!
