★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali kesini pelayanan masih belum konsisten, kadang ramah kadang jutek, yg jelas dokternya minim penjelasan (dr. umum), cm ditanya sedikit langsung kasih tau obat2an yg akan ditebus (kurang dari 5 menit di ruang dokter). Kalo ditanya jawabnya singkat2 bgt (sy bayar pribadi, bkn BPJS). Btw sy jg pernah hitung harga obat totalnya cm 45rb (berdasarkan tulisan yg ada di belakang kemasan obat) tapi di nota 85rb. Ke depannya bisa ditulis harga per item obat, baru di total. Ataukah ada penjelasan dr perbedaan harga obat ini?

When asked, the answer is very short (I pay personally, not BPJS). Btw, I've also calculated the total price of the drug in cm 45k (based on the writing on the back of the medicine package) but on the note it's 85k. In the future, the price per drug item can be written, only to be added in total. Or is there an explanation for the difference in the price of this drug?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar bulan lalu pergi ke klinik denti sari ingin tambal gigi, menambal 1 gigi yang kebetulan gigi srbelahnya juga sudah ditambal (di dr lain yang usia tambalannya sudah 4 tahun) pengerjaan tidak sampai 5 menit sangat kasar saya sudah memberi tahu dr tsb bahwa gigi saya terasa sangat sakit karna caranya membersihkan gigi saya sangatlah kasar ternyata dr tsb menghiraukan omongan saya tetap melanjutkan membersihkan gigi sampai saya menangis karna benar benar sakit dr sibuk ngobrol dengan asistennya mengenai pekerjaan padahal sedang menangani pasien yang kesakitan karna cara dia menangani pasien, bahkan tambalan tidak di halusin lagi terasa sangat kasar.. pelayanan yang sangat kurang sesampai dirumah kaget karna tambalan gigi saya yang sudah ada tadi dihancurkan dan diganti dengan tambalan darinya yang sangat amat jelek kasar..goyang terasa akan langsung lepas..
setelah 3 hari ditambal tambalannya copot semua.. harga terlalu mahal untuk pelayan dan kualitas tambalan gigi yang buruk ?
About last month I went to the Denti Sari clinic to have my teeth filled, I patched 1 tooth which happened to have a split tooth already filled (another doctor whose filling was 4 years old) the process took less than 5 minutes, it was very rough, I already told the doctor that my tooth felt it hurts a lot because the way I clean my teeth is very rough, it turns out that the doctor ignored what I said and continued to clean my teeth until I cried because I was really sick, dr was busy chatting with his assistant about work even though he was handling patients who were in pain because of the way he handled patients, even the fillings weren't hallucinated again feels very rough.. very poor service when I got home I was shocked because my existing dental filling was destroyed and replaced with a filling from it which was very, very ugly rough.. the shake felt like it would come off right away..
after 3 days of filling the fillings all fell off.. the price is too expensive for the waiter and the quality of the filling is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman ke dokter giginya sangat mengecewakan , selain tidak ramah juga sangat menyepelekan bpjs, pelayananya kasar dan sangat terburu buru tidak teliti dan ngasal. Pengalaman saya bersihin karang gigi di klinik ini hasilnya tidak bersih seperti bukan dokter gigi.malah lebih bersih dokter dari puskesmas . Mana jutek banget gak ada ramah ramahnya. Kirain di sini dokter giginya bagus ternyata zonk. KAPOK pindah faskes di sini

Mau minta rujukan ke bedah onkologi kontrol 1 kali 6 bulan pasca operasi CA mamae ,diruang dokter disambut dengan sangat ramah dan sangat cepat sekali sudah disuruh tunggu diluar Alhamdullilah.sampai ke pendaftaran mbanya berucap dengan sangat sopan dan lemah lembut ibu udah sembuhkan udah selesai operasi segala macam. Berarti gak bisa dikasih rujukan buat ke bedah onkologinya berarti pengobatan ibu sudah selesai. jatuhnya medical checkup gak bisa pakai BPJS harus bayar sendiri.semoga sehat sehat selalu yang petugas dan dokter di dentisari dijauhkan dari penyakit berbahaya. Aamiin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya sudah kesana, pelayanannya cukup baik, yg jaga di depan ramah.
Klinik ini tepatnya terletak di jalan raya tonjong, dekat dengan stasiun cilebut dan stasiun bojong gede.
Cukup padat yg berobat kesini, mungkin karena letaknya yg strategis dan pelayanannya juga yg cukup memuaskan.
Namun sayang parkirannya tidak terlalu luas hanya bisa di pakai parkir motor apabila di pakai parkir mobil mungkin akan memakan tempat, kliniknya bersebelahan dengan kantor pagadaian.
Dan berobat di sini harganya tidak terlalu mahal, satu informasi harga untuk tes antigen hanya 75rbu
Semoga bisa di tingkatkan lg pelayanannya

This clinic is precisely located on Jalan Raya Tonjong, close to Cilebut Station and Bojong Gede Station.
It's quite crowded who seek treatment here, maybe because of its strategic location and the service is also quite satisfying.
But unfortunately the parking lot is not too wide, it can only be used for motorbike parking, if you use a car park, it might take up space, the clinic is next to the pagadaian office.
And getting treatment here is not too expensive, one price information for an antigen test is only 75 thousand
Hopefully the service can be improved again
