★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang profesional & awareness. Saya tipe org yg klo lg sakit jarang ke rs & bisa di hitung 1x per 1 tahun atau 2 thn. Ketika benar benar sakit dan badan merasa sangat tidak normal saya datang ke sini utk berobat dan mendapatkan solusi. Tetapi petugas yg berjaga dsini scra tdk langsung mendiskriminatif saya seperti kbiasaan org/karyawan yg mencari surat sakit utk beralasan sakit pd prusahaannya & apa slahny dgn atura tsb . Jgn menyama ratakan semua. Malas utk berobat jika badan drop adalah karena paham pelayanan spt ini. Kbiasaan pelayanan yg buruk dlm komunikasi pd pasien sering terjadi di daerah industrial city sperti cikarang krn hal tsb. Bisa bisa org pd ganti faskes bpjs nya klo kyk gini. Info : saya langsung k rs lain pakai asuransi dan dinyatakan tipes stlah cek dsrah dan harus di rawat.
Lack of professionalism & awareness. I'm the type of person who when I'm sick I rarely go to the hospital and can be counted 1x per 1 year or 2 years. When I'm really sick and my body feels very abnormal, I come here for treatment and get a solution. But the officer on duty here doesn't immediately discriminate against me as is the custom of people/employees who are looking for a sick letter to excuse their company's illness and what's wrong with that rule. Don't equate everything. Lazy to seek treatment if the body drops is because they understand this kind of service. Bad service habits in communication with patients often occur in industrial city areas such as Cikarang because of this. Can the person at the bpjs health facility change it like this? Info: I immediately went to another hospital using insurance and it was stated that it was typhoid after a checkup and had to be treated.
