★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dokternya super buruk, underestimate, denial sama keluhan pasien, ogah2an. Ampun deh ko bisa ya dokter attitudenya begitu ke pasien. Minta rujukan k RS lain jg susahnyaaaa..
Terutama selama masa pandemi, pasien awam yg lg ngerasain sakit dikasih obat engga, minta rujukan ga dikasih, lepas tangan gitu aja hanya karena dokternya ketakutan covid (ga usah jadi dokter deh), ketika ditanya "kalau positif harus gimana?" Gatau katanya terserah RS yg ceknya aja, dia gatau obatnya katanya.
Walaupun pake BPJS kita itu bayar setiap bulan wahay klinik damayanti, berobat ataupun engga, jadi jangan perlalukakan pasien kaya lagi kaum dhuafa minta gratisan

Even though we use BPJS, we pay every month, damayanti clinic, for treatment or not, so don't abuse rich patients anymore, the poor people ask for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk tuh dokter damayanti parah anjir mending jadi tukang sayur jangan jadi dokter..
Orang sakit malah banyak tanya pelayanan buruk ancur..
Kalo bukan dari perusahan mana bakal ua kesitu, padahal bpjs ua nmr 1 , tetep aja buruk pelayanan, ngobrol juga uda kaya orang asing,..ngotot terus tu dokter damayanti ngomongnya..
Nanti juga dya kena karma tuh, sakit berkepanjangan ..aminnn
Mau nyoba kesitu lagi nanti kalo masi buruk juga dan ngomongya emosian terus, baru dah ua mau debat panjang sama dya..
Tadi ua berhubung ada perlu mangkannya langsung cabut..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk sekali , blan lalu cek kehamilan dokter nya blg klo blan dpn gk ada perubahan bakalan di kasih rujukan , stlah blan dpn dtng dn di periksa sama dokter yg berbeda masih tidak ada perubahan dan saat mau minta rujukan malah tidak di kasih , dan malahan di suruh USG dengan biaya pribadi

Bagian farmasinya pulak haduhhhhh salah kasih takaran!!
Dan tolong ya sedia obat sediaan drops buat bayi jangan dikasih Syrup!!
Dikasih Syrup takarannya 1/3 sendok teh kalo gak akurat bagaimana???
Even though I don't use BPJS but the medicine is sorry, I took 2x treatment and I was disappointed.
The pharmacy department also had the wrong dose!!
And please, prepare drops of medicine for babies, don't give them syrup!!
If given a syrup, the dose is 1/3 teaspoon, what if it's not accurate???
