 The service is good... The doctor is good.. The nurse & midwife are good... The pharmacy is also fast.. The mother is also okay... I'm satisfied when I get treatment here... Thank you..

The receptionist was unfriendly. Gabakalan returned to this clinic and was very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kebetulan di klinik ini kakak menjalani proses persalinan secara normal menggunakan BPJS.. terbilang lumayan lah pelayanan nya suster nya bagus dengan kamar yang agak sempit lengkap dengan fasilitas kamar mandi dan dapur juga kita bisa gunakan.. namun memang parkiran nya yang terbatas
Coincidentally, at this clinic, my sister undergoes a normal delivery process using BPJS.. it's pretty good that the nurse's service is good with a rather cramped room complete with bathroom and kitchen facilities we can also use.. but the parking lot is limited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangattt buruk. Juteknya nauzubillah bangett.. kalian tuh pelayan masyarakat tapi astaghfirullah ditnya aja jutek , Kaya kita ngemis.. Padahal saya periksa juga bayar mahal
Very bad service. The jutek is really nauzubillah.. you guys are public servants but astaghfirullah the director is just being rude, it's like we're begging.. Even though I also paid a high price for checking

Saya tidak masalah dengan bidan yg mengukur tensi dan suhu, tapi dgn suster yang angkat telepon, ibu saya tanya bisa tdk dtg kembali utk cek lab, alesan tdk bisa krn demam baru 1-2 hari, tp haruskah menjawab dgn nada tinggi??? Kemudian dgn juteknya info utk ketemu dokter lagi aja kalau begitu
Dan mengenai dokter, saya kembali lg utk minta cek lab, tp ga diksh krn hrs tunggu sampe hari Kamis. Lalu haruskah beliau menjawab dgn nada tinggi juga???
Saya sudah ga kuat ya, panas naik turun, pagi ini langsung ke igd, di cek lab hasilnya gejala dbd. Ini masalah nyawa ya, klo telat gmn? Apakah kalian mau bertanggungjwb?

I don't have a problem with the midwife measuring blood pressure and temperature, but with the nurse picking up the phone, my mother asked if she couldn't come back for a lab check, the reason she couldn't because the fever was only 1-2 days old, but should I answer in a high tone??? And regarding the doctor, I came back again to ask for a lab check, but I was not told because I had to wait until Thursday. Then should he answer in a high tone too???
I'm not strong anymore, the fever goes up and down, this morning I went straight to the emergency room, the lab checked the results for the symptoms of dengue. This is a matter of life, isn't it, what if it's late? Do you want to be responsible?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk.. org mau berobat malah d tolak dgn alasan dokter istrhat .. melayani org sakit merupakan tnggung jawab seorg dokter .. bukanyya sudh di sumpah ya ?? Jgn seenaknya menolak pasien ..
The service is very bad.. people who want to seek treatment are even refused on the grounds that the doctor is resting.. serving sick people is the responsibility of a doctor.. isn't it the oath? Don't just refuse the patient..
