★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget sumpah! Awalnya pengen perawatan ini itu di sini tapi saya coba creambath aja dulu dan ternyata bener2 gak worthy. Masuk ke klinik (resepsion)suhu panas padahal ACnya ada tapi aku pikir ya sudahlah mungkin nanti di ruangan creambath adem eh pas sampe di t4 creambath lebih panas lagi, ada kipas tapi gak dihidupin pas ditanya katanya rusak, gak ada AC. Bayangin masuk ke ruangan spt itu dengan suhu Jakarta yg sepanas ini.
Pas keramas ya ampunnn itu t4 sandaran keras banget sampe leher sy tegang sy coba ubah posisi kepala tetep aja gak nyaman. Selesai keramas sy ditawari varian creambath nya, ok sy pilih salah satu lalu sy tanya ke mba nya merk bahannya apa? Dan dia jawab: saya gak tau. ??♀️ Masa staff tidak paham product knowledge???? Padahal itu penting banget utk menjaga kenyamanan tamu kalau2 tamunya ada alergi sama merk tertentu.
Pas creambath bahannya dikasi irit banget ??♀️ Pijatannya juga kurang enak ☹️ Padahal di salon2 biasa aja tangan sama pundak kita dipijit, expectations sy udah tinggi banget soalnya ini klinik kecantikan kan ya. Selesai bilas sy keringatan krn rambut sy dikeringin pake hair dryer dan di situ gak ada AC ? trus sy tanya ini bisa sekalian blow kan? Dan lagi, staff nya bilang gak bisa krn gak ada alatnya. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Sumpah nyesel banget ke sini!

Really bad oath! At first I wanted this treatment here, but I tried the cream bath first and it turned out to be really not worth it. Entering the clinic (reception) the temperature was hot even though the air conditioner was there but I thought it was okay maybe later in the creambath room it was cool, right when it arrived at T4 Creambath it was even hotter, there was a fan but it didn't turn on when asked, it said it was broken, there was no AC. Imagine entering a room like that with the temperature in Jakarta as hot as this.
When I washed my hair, the t4 back was so hard that my neck was tense, I tried to change the position of the head, it was still uncomfortable. After washing my hair, I was offered a creambath variant, ok, I chose one and then I asked the lady what brand of ingredients? And he said: I don't know. ??♀️ The staff period doesn't understand product knowledge ???? Even though it is very important to maintain guest comfort if the guests have allergies to certain brands.
When creambath the ingredients are very economical ij️ The massage is also not good ☹️ Even though in salons we usually massage our hands and shoulders, my expectations are really high because this is a beauty clinic, right? After rinsing, I was sweating because my hair was dried using a hair dryer and there was no air conditioning there, then I asked if you could blow it as well, right? And again, the staff said they couldn't because they didn't have the tools. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ I swear I'm really sorry here!
