★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat kurang baik .Minta surat rujukan di suruh balik lagi besok.udah ngantri lama .. ending nya petugas nya lagi libur kata nya, emang ga ada petugas shif nya ..??? besok saya harus ke dokter ortopedi harus berangkat pagi.. kenapa harus di persulit si .. ga tau lagi urgent apa .. berapa sulit bikin surat rujukan si ..bener" kurang baik ..
The service is not very good. Asked for a referral letter and was told to come back tomorrow. I've been waiting for a long time.. the ending is the officer is on vacation, he said, is there really no shift officer...??? tomorrow I have to go to the orthopedic doctor I have to leave early in the morning.. why do you have to make it difficult for me.. I don't know what's urgent anymore.. how difficult is it to make a referral letter.. is it really not good..

Trus tadi abis isa balik lagi BISA karna UMUM gak pake BPJS,gimana kalo anak gw sesek trus kenapa2 yaaa hmm jelek bgt pelayanannya!

Then after I was back, I CAN because GENERAL doesn't use BPJS, what if my child is sesek then why is the service so bad!

Last week I had 2 fish eye minor surgery, I just saw that the doctor took 1 wrong. So one of them is wrong. Hmmm, how is that? I'm a bit annoyed that I paid a lot but I took the wrong one. ️?♀️☹️☹️☹️
