★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan, harap diperhatikan ada dua aturan yg harus diperhatikan bagi pasien yang akan berobat disana yaitu, PERTAMA: saat datang ke kliniknya (khususnya peserta BPJS) harus menyertai fotocopy kartu BPJS setiap kali datang (tidak seperti klinik-klinik BPJS lainnya), selain itu KEDUA: jangan lupa sebelum masuk alas kaki harus dilepas, meski begitu lantai terasa masih berdebu hal ini cukup aneh mungkin tujuannya bila sudah dipel tidak mudah berdebu namun yang namanya klinik seharusnya minimal sehari dua sampai tiga kali sehari dipel tidak perduli alas kaki mau dilepas atau tidak. Untuk pelayanan dokternya cukup baik dan teliti, di halaman depan klinik Bhakti Insani II juga tersedia parkir kendaraan roda empat dan roda dua juga, Overall lumayanlah untuk klinik Bhakti Insani II - Rawa Bebek Bekasi-Barat. Untuk masukan ada baiknya ditambahkan kipas angin tempel didinding atau kipas angin gantung diatas langit-langit atau akan lebih baik lagi bila menggunakan air-conditioning di ruang tamu dan ruang praktek dokternya karena bila tiba musim panas dan saat-saat peak hour dan banyak pasien tentunya akan membuat suasana yang kurang nyaman serta jangan lupa JAM DINDING jadi pengunjung yg berobat dapat melihat waktu jam bila memerlukannya.
