The nurse is rude, not friendly at all, the doctor is not fun to consult, does not give the patient the opportunity to ask questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini karena rekomendasi tetangga, katanya paling bagus di cibarusah... Mau konsultasi karena sakit saat haid gak kunjung sembuh.
Pas USG ternyata ada kista 4cm,
Dokternya cuman bilang '3 bulan lagi kita cek apakah membesar apa tidak,kalo membesar harus operasi'
Gak dijelaskan secara mendetail kista apa,letaknya dimana,pantangan makanan apa,, harus apa biar hilang,kita kan orang awam,harusnya dokter jelaskan secara detail.Kesannya buru buru.
padahal bayar loh,apalagi kalo pake bpjs.
Bner deh nyesel konsultasi disini,gak nyaman.
Pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi.terimakasih

When the ultrasound turned out there was a 4cm cyst,
The doctor just said 'In 3 months we will check whether it is enlarged or not, if it is enlarged, we need surgery'
It is not explained in detail what cyst is, where it is, what food restrictions, what should we do to lose it, we are laymen, the doctor should explain in detail. The impression is hurrying.
even though you pay, especially if you use bpjs.
Really sorry for the consultation here, it's not comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ksni krna saran dri bidan, kirain bgus tpi trnyata . Pelayanan nya bikin tegang ga nyaman . PS pemeriksaan ngg di kasih kesempatan bertanya. . Dan yg paling kesal saya di bilang oon SMA dokter kandungan nya, sumpah saya nyesel ksni buang buang uang , pdhl sya ksni bayar mau konsultasi,berharap di kasih arahan dan saran krna hamil pertama, malah cuma di USG tok! Buru buru bngt ,.
I like it because of the advice from the midwife, I hope it is good but it is real. The service makes it tense and uncomfortable. PS, I was given the opportunity to ask questions. . And what annoyed me the most was said to be the obstetrician at high school, I swear I regret wasting money, even though I paid for a consultation, I hope that I will be given directions and advice because of my first pregnancy, even on ultrasound! Hurry up, really.
