salut buat dokter nya yang minta maaf gara2 adminnya yang gak tanggap dan bikin antrian rame
lagi musim ginian adminnya yang g tanggal malah bikin kerumunan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antre buat swab antigen, datang dr stgh 7, diinfokan mulai swab jam 7 (7:39 baru mulai, untung saya antrean ke 3)
20mnt hasil keluar, saya positif (mungkin maksudnya reaktif). Petugasnya (3orang) bilang, kalo mau lebih akurat, PCR.
Saya pilih lanjut PCR tapi petugas bilang mereka lagi kosong. Ditanya kosong apa maksudnya? Jawabnya, lagi kosong, blm ada lg dr pusat..
Saya disarankan utk lapor RT/RW setempat dan puskesmas krn saya sudah positif.
Sumpah, kaget banget.. PCR aja belum udah dibilang positif. Padahal mereka yg sarankan utk PCR agar akurat.
Beruntung petugasnya bukan dokter. Kalo dokter fatal banget itu, menjudge pasien yang dia sendiri ragu hasilnya. Parah..
Malas berdebat, saya keluar dan cari klinik lain
Queuing for the antigen swab, came from stgh 7, was informed that the swab started at 7 (7:39 just started, luckily I was in line 3)
20 minutes the results came out, I was positive (maybe he meant reactive). The officer (3 people) said, if you want to be more accurate, PCR.
I chose to continue with PCR but the officer said they were empty. Asked blank what does it mean? The answer is, it's empty, there's no more from the center..
I was advised to report to the local RT/RW and puskesmas because I have tested positive.
I swear, I'm really surprised.. Even the PCR has not been said to be positive. Even though they are the ones who recommend PCR to be accurate.
Luckily the staff is not a doctor. If the doctor is really fatal, he judges the patient who himself doubts the result. Critical..
Lazy to argue, I went out and looked for another clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya bagus,mba2 nya ramah,dr2 nya juga mantap apalagi dr2 yg laki2 ?bknnya ganjen ya cuma berobat dengan dr ganteng dan ramah itu punya kepuasan sendiri.alhamdulilah berobat di sini cocok.sudah 2 kali saya berobat di sini dan cocok serta harga yg sesuai dengan kantong.untuk ruang tunggu juga mengikuti standar pandemi ya.untuk mba2 nya juga ramah ketika ditanya menjawab dengan ramah.untuk harga antigen dan pcr juga recommend bgt di sini.kebetulan saya tinggal Deket klinik jdi bisa buat langganan
The service is good, the ladies are friendly, the doctors are also great, especially the male dr. according to the pocket. For the waiting room, it also follows the pandemic standard. The ladies are also friendly when asked to answer in a friendly manner. For the price of antigen and pcr, I also highly recommend here. I happen to live near the clinic so I can make subscriptions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama berobat bulan Juni di klinik ini agak tdk nyaman krna dri bagian resepsionis jutek.kmrn saya coba untuk kembali berobat krna memang urgent dan perlu pertolongan pertama secepatnya.saya coba untuk krmbali ke klinik asri, saya kaget dengan pelayanan jauh lebih baik dri bulan juni.untuk mba2 resepsionis sigap dan tanggap dlm melayani dri pendaftaran, menjelaskan obat,serta menjawab beberapa pertanyaan yg saya tanyakan.setlah saya liat2 ternyata bagian resepsionis nya juga sudah ganti semua orang2nya.untuk berobat dengan tarif stndar dan pelayanan yg bagus membuat saya berniat untuk balik lagi jika pelayanannya seperti ini terus.pertahankan terus untuk pelayanannya❤️
My first experience of treatment in June at this clinic was a bit uncomfortable because of the jutek reception. I tried to return for treatment because it was urgent and I needed first aid as soon as possible. I tried to return to the beautiful clinic, I was surprised by the much better service than in June For ladies and gentlemen, the receptionists are alert and responsive in serving from registration, explaining drugs, and answering some of the questions I asked. After I looked around, it turned out that the receptionist had also replaced all the people. For treatment with standard rates and good service, I decided to return. again if the service is like this keep it up for the service❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat di sini wortit lah harga standar dan alhamdulillah obat cocok.rumah juga di bintaro jadi lumayan dkt.pelayanan juga ramah2 dan gercep.untuk antigen juga cuma sebentar.mba2nya blng sekitar 15 menit ternyata 10 menit juga sudah selesai.itu klo lg gk rame mngkin klo rame 15 menitan dan itu wort it ya.di bandingkan di rs2 yg nunggu harus berjam2.dan untuk hasil swab lngsng terhubung dengan peduli lindungi
The treatment here is the standard price for wortit and thank God the medicine is suitable. The house is also in Bintaro so it's quite close. The service is also friendly and fast. For antigens, it's only for a short time. If it's crowded for 15 minutes and it's wort it, yes. Compared to RS2, the wait has to be for hours. And for direct swab results, it's connected to caring and protecting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heloow dokter mungkin dokter bisa isedikit merubah sikap dokter,anda tau kalau orang sakit trs tiba² ga sakit dan dokter bilang ke mamah saya adek saya gapapa.... Mungkin patut dipertanyakan gelar dokter anda karena setahu saya ada kode etik dokter...
Cukup sekali kesini dan saya ga akan balik lagi..
Resepsionis+Farmasi ramah tapi dokternya minusss, perbaiki sikap dokter kalau ga mau klinik sepi,bukan saya saja yang mengomentari dokternya..
Mungkin lebih baiknya dokter diganti bukannya dulu resepsionis ga baik diganti masa dokter ga baik ga diganti...upsss
Hello doctor, maybe the doctor can change the doctor's attitude a little, you know that when a sick person suddenly doesn't get sick and the doctor says to my mom my sister is okay.... Maybe you should ask your doctorate because as far as I know there is a doctor's code of ethics...
Just been here once and I won't be coming back again..
Receptionist + Pharmacy are friendly but the doctor is minuss, fix the doctor's attitude if you don't want the clinic to be quiet, I'm not the only one commenting on the doctor..
Maybe it's better to change the doctor instead of the receptionist, it's not good to replace the doctor, it's not good to replace the doctor... oopsss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry! pelayanan receptionist & farmasi memang ramah, but BIG NO buat dokternya! Tolong belajar lagi cara komunikasi yang baik, dan cara melayani pasien yang baik. Gak semua orang bisa memahami karakter anda ya dok. Orang bisa saja sakit hati dengan perlakuan, sikap, dan cara bicara anda.
Gak akan saya sebut nama maupun inisialnya,hal ini akan saya jaga untuk menjaga nama baik anda sebagai dokter. Biar orang lain yang menilainya sendiri.
But terimakasih sudah menangani anak saya. Walaupun hati saya dongkol dan sakit hati.
Sorry! the receptionist & pharmacy service is friendly, but BIG NO for the doctor! Please learn more about good communication, and good patient care. Not everyone can understand your character, doc. People can be offended by your treatment, attitude, and way of speaking.
I will not mention your name or initials, I will take care of this to protect your good name as a doctor. Let others judge for themselves.
But thank you for taking care of my child. Even though my heart is angry and hurt.
