Orang sakit minta surat dokter aja gk dikasih.pakai banyak alasan. Saya berobat disini perbulan bayar potong gaji bukan gratis ingat.tolong cari dokter yang benar benar mengerti pasien bukan bikin pasien stres gara gara dokter disini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditolak berobat suruh ke esokan harinya lagi mungkin karena pake bpjs. Padahal jam 6 jg blm, ya allah nahan sakit gigi sampe besok dong :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa berobat di klinik armada medika 1 karena dokter yg tidak kompeten saya berobat tidak di cek seperti di klinik klinik yg lain saya baru pertama kali ini menemui dokter yg seperti ini dia hanya menanyakan keluhan saya lalu langsung di beri obat. Bukankah sebelum nya kita haru di periksa detak jantung di bagian mana yg sakit membuka mulut saya rasa itu sudah seperti basic dokter untuk mengakuratkan dugaan penyakit yg di derita pasien. Karena terbukti setelah 3 hari saya berobat di sana tidak ada pemulihan sama sekali. mohon maaf andai kata kata saya tidak sopan tapi mohon untuk lebih teliti mengobati pasien terimakasih ?
I am very disappointed to seek treatment at the fleet medika 1 clinic because my incompetent doctor for treatment was not checked like in other clinics, this is the first time I have seen a doctor like this, he only asked for my complaint and was immediately given medicine. Shouldn't we have checked the heart rate before, where it hurts to open the mouth, I think it's like a doctor's basis to confirm the suspected disease the patient is suffering from. Because it was proven that after 3 days of treatment there was no recovery at all. I'm sorry if my words are not polite but please be more careful in treating patients, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swab pcr disini, bilang nya hasil h+1. Taunya lebih dr 24 jam, dan gaada konfirmasi sama sekali. Bahkan pas dikirim pun gaada basa basi minta maaf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiap bulan gaji di potong buat bayar BPJS, giliran mau berobat sudah tutup mulu, padahal baru jam 18:50 dan di jadwal tutup jam 20:00. Tapi dokternya sudah pada pulang, sudah 4x kaya gini. Mending pindah ke klinik lain saja. Sayang tiap bulan gaji dipotong buat bayar BPJS giliran berobat tutup mulu.
Ga recommended bwgt apalagi bagi karyawan yang kerjanya pagi n bisa berobat malem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau antigen, kata resepsionis nya lgi error, lgi gak bisa antigen. Eh pas liat ternyata dokternya udh siap2 mau pulang. Padahal baru jam 19.30wib, sedangkan klinik tutup jam 21.00wib. Trus tiba2 dokternya masuk lgi keruangannya dan kami di persilahkan antigen. Laen kali jgn gitulah. Kasian yg udh datang jauh2.

Even though it was only 19.30 WIB, while the clinic closed at 21.00 WIB. Then suddenly the doctor came back into his room and we were asked for an antigen. Next time, don't be like that.
