Setelah masuk dan di suruh daftar terlebih dahulu saya pun menunggu lama panggilan agar anak saya di perisa namun setelah saya LAMA MENUNGGU sampai anak saya merintih nangis karna sakit (rewel) dok pun tak kunjung memanggil kami padahal posisi di situ sedang TIDAK ADA PASIEN mereka malah mementingkan MAKAN TERLEBIH DAHULU di bandingkan PASIEN
Tolong di perbaiki ETITUDE nya trimakasih

After entering and being told to register, I waited for a long time so that my child was sensed but after I WAITED until my child moaned crying because of illness (fussing) the dock never called us even though the position was NO PATIENT they were concerned Eat more than PATIENTS
Please fix the ETITUDE thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk sekali. Tidak rekomen ke tempat ini. Sangat memalukan. Kipas angin mati, pelayanan sangat tidak layak. Komplain kipas angin, diminta untuk sabar. Semoga dapat dievaluasi besar2 an.
Very bad service. Do not recommend to this place. Very embarrassing. The fan is dead, service is not very decent. Fan complaints, asked to be patient. Hopefully this can be evaluated.

Penyakit tidak membaik dan malah memperburuk dengan diberikan obat yang tidak berhubungan dengan sakit yang diderita serta memiliki efek samping dan menambah penyakit lainnya datang. Harga jauh lebih mahal dengan klinik umum yang lainnya. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan.
Bad and non-cooperative service. The disease does not improve and even worsen by giving drugs that are not related to the pain suffered and have side effects and add other illnesses to come. Prices are much more expensive with other public clinics. Very not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk ..buruk sekali ... saya pikir pakai nama islam arafah ...pelayanan sangat bersih dan ramah ...ternyata sangat kotor ...lantai kotor ..kamar kotor... pelayanan nya sangat tidak ramah....banyak nyamuk ... pasien yang ga paham akan dijebak dengan tagihan yang mahal ... saya tinggal kan klinik dengan kecewa dengan membayar sesuai apa yang saya dapatkan ... baru setelah saya bilang kecewa kemudiannya pelayanannya merendah ...dan membaik ...pasien disuntik tanpa dijelaskan isi suntikan hanya nama singkatan saja .... ... ini sangat memalukan klinik sejenis mengatas namakan.. nama islam ...dan pegawi yang menyuntik ternyata bukan dokter setelah ditanya ..ngakunya sebagai asisten dokter???
very bad service .. very bad ... i thought using the name islam arafah ... very clean and friendly service ... it turned out to be very dirty ... dirty floors .. dirty rooms ... the service was very unfriendly ... .lots of mosquitoes ... patients who don't understand will be trapped with expensive bills ... I left the clinic disappointed by paying what I got ... only after I said I was disappointed then the service was humble ... and improved .. .the patient was injected without explaining the contents of the injection, only an abbreviated name.... ...this is very embarrassing for a clinic of this kind on behalf of.. an Islamic name ...and the employee who gave the injection turned out to be not a doctor after being asked ..admittedly as a doctor's assistant???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakit itu tdk hanya fisik, sakit itu tdk hanya org yg sakit, tp khawatir org skitar yg berlebihan jg suatu sakit. Sakit bisa ujian, cobaan, teguran dan banyak hikmah...jd sembuh datang dari yg Maha kuasa, tdk ada yg ideal dan bisa memenuhi smua keinginan setiap org
Minimal ucapan terimakasih atas semuanya itu sdh lbh dari cukup dibandingkan mencerca. Akan lbh baik menyampaikan masukan utk saling berbenah?
Pain is not only physical, pain is not only sick people, but worrying about excessive people is also a pain. Pain can be a test, a trial, a reprimand and a lot of wisdom... so healing comes from the almighty, nothing is ideal and can fulfill everyone's desires
At least saying thank you for everything is more than enough than insulting. It would be better to provide input to improve each other
