★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri saya tidak bisa untuk lahiran di klinik anisa karena lahiran sebelumnya cesar dan harus di rujuk ke RS..
Sebelum lahiran istri saya dapat rujukan untuk checkup kehamilan,dan dokter rekomendasi untuk rujukanya ke RS tumbuh kembang,dan stelah saya tanyakan ke pendaftaran bs untuk rujuk ke sana..tp stelah hari H untuk minta rujukan, ternyata petugas pendaftaranya beda yg jaga..dan dy bilang tdk bisa untuk ke tumbuh kembang,hanyabada 2 pilihan RS..pdahal penjaga sebelumnya menawarkan 4 pilihan RS..dan itu baru selisih brp hari saja..cara penyampaianya pun sangat ketus..semoga bs melayani dengan lebih baik lg..
 My wife was unable to deliver at the Anisa clinic because her previous birth was cesarean and had to be referred to the hospital ..
Before the birth, my wife got a referral for a pregnancy checkup, and a doctor recommended for her referral to the Growth and Development Hospital, and after I asked the BS registration to refer there ... but after the D day to ask for a referral, it turns out that the registrar is different ... and dy said he could not go to growth and development, there were only 2 hospital options ... even though the previous guard offered 4 hospital options ... and that was only a difference of two days ... the delivery method was very curt ... hopefully he can serve it better ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter gigi e bgus bgt baik dan ramah,tp sayang pelayanan dipendaftaran e kurang,pdhal saya sudah daftar onlen tp berkas e ga ada druangan dokter sudah 2x terjadi,dan suka bentrok nomer antar pendaftar onlen dan yg dtng lngsung ambil nomer,smga bisa diperbaiki lg pelayanan nya.. untuk dokter e recomend bgt ???
The dentist is very good, kind and friendly, but unfortunately the service at registration is lacking, even though I have registered online but the file is not in the doctor's room, this has happened twice, and there are clashes between numbers between online registrants and those who come, I immediately take the number, hopefully it can be fixed again the service.. for doctors, it's really recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng untuk rapid antigen, harga 150k(mungkin akan berbeda kedepan, baiknya telpon dulu), dan hasil kurang lebih 45-60 menit
Plusnya: tempat bersih, lumayan luas dalamnya, bisa bpjs dan beberapa asuransi lainnya, pelayanan lumayan
Minus: parkiran sulit untuk mobil, ruang tunggu lumayan panas walau ada kipas angin
Come for the rapid antigen, the price is 150k (maybe it will be different in the future, better call first), and the result is about 45-60 minutes
Pluses: clean place, quite spacious inside, can bpjs and several other insurances, decent service
Minus: parking is difficult for cars, the waiting room is quite hot even though there is a fan kipas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua dokter yg praktek di anisa pelayanan nya bagus, dan dokter nya ramah2, tapi sayang bagian pendaftaran nya hampir semua pada jutek2, kiranya bisa di perbaiki untuk pelayanan di pendaftaran nya, terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya kurang ramah, peiksa mata cuma di senter aja.. sekalipun bilang keluhannya apa aja, dokternya kurang mau mendengarkan.. disini juga kalau bertanyaa kurang bagus jawabannya, nada bicaranya juga kurang bagus.. padahal nanya nya kan baik² yaa.. oia mungkin nextnya kalau bayar pakai bpjs, tolong dikasih struk obatnya yaa.. supaya sama² transparan untuk biaya obatnya.. jujur pertama kali kesini kapok banget, sayang banget perusahaan saya kenapa harus bpjsnya di klinik Annisa.. kurang baik, kecewa banget.. begitu keluar jadi tambah down banget..
The doctor is not friendly, the eye exam is only on a flashlight.. even if he says what his complaints are, the doctor doesn't want to listen... here too, if you ask a question, the answer is not good, the tone of speech is also not good... even though the question is fine... oh maybe the next one if you pay using bpjs, please give me a receipt for the medicine.. so that it is equally transparent for the cost of the medicine.. to be honest the first time I came here, I really gave up, it's a shame that my company had to take the bpjs at the Annisa clinic.. not good, really disappointed.. when it came out it became more very down..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali mau berobat disini tapi selalu ga bisa entah dokter ga ada dan poli umum juga ga setiap hari. Untuk yg pekerja yg mencari faskes saya sarankan jangan di klinik ini. Klinik ini cocoknya untuk yg punya anak dan yg sedang hamil.
Kalau pekerja disini sangat sia" tiap bulan kepotong gajinya untuk bpjs kesehatan tetapi saat sakit tidak bisa digunakan.
Twice I want to seek treatment here but always can't, either the doctor is not there and the general poly is also not every day. For workers who are looking for health facilities, I suggest not to this clinic. This clinic is suitable for those who have children and those who are pregnant.
If the workers here are very useless, every month their salary is deducted for the health BPJS but when they are sick they cannot be used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nyaman. Sering periksa disini. Ada fasilitas toilet dan musholla. Ada tempat bermain anak juga sambil nunggu berobat. Ada lab, dan tempat bersalin.
Cozy place. Check here often. There are toilet facilities and a prayer room. There is also a children's play area while waiting for treatment. There is a lab, and a maternity ward.
