★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang recomended, saya periksa dapet antrian terakhir, dokter terlalu terburu-buru memeriksa anak saya, nunggu antrian sampe 2 jam, eh pas di periksa cuma 5 menit doang, penjelasan dokter pun terlalu umum untuk sekelas dokter anak.
Semoga kedepannya dokter anak kalau periksa tidak usah terpaut oleh waktu, kita disini kan bayar sesuai tarif, kalau memang di hari itu tidak sempat memeriksa pasien, tinggal di batasi pasien dalam seharinya.
 Not recommended, I checked and got the last queue, the doctor was too rushed to check my child, waited for the queue for 2 hours, when I checked it it only took 5 minutes, the doctor's explanation was too general for a pediatrician class.
Hopefully in the future the pediatrician if checking does not have to be adrift by time, we are here to pay according to the rate, if indeed on that day the patient does not have time to check on the patient, the patient is limited to staying a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imunisasi disini, ga ditanya dulu mau pakai merek apa. Jd ada yg terlewat yaitu hepatitis B.
Kemudian kedatangan selanjutnya, sudah daftar dan konfirmasi mau imunisasi berikutnya melalui wa, tp ketika datang tdk sesuai dengan perjanjian yg sudah dijadwalkan oleh susternya, alhasil nunggu 1,5 jam. Ketika masuk ke ruangan dokter baru dikabari kalo obat untuk imunisasinya tdk ada, susternya malah bilang konfirmasi dulu kalo mau imunisasi. Sudah jelas2 saya wa dulu untuk reserved imunisasi jenis itu, dan di iyakan. Bad coordination.
Sekian, itu jd kedatangan terakhir saya.
Immunization here, not asked what brand to use first. So there is something missing, namely hepatitis B.
Then the next arrival, I have registered and confirmed I want the next immunization via wa, but when it arrives it doesn't match the agreement that has been scheduled by the nurse, as a result, waiting for 1.5 hours. When she entered the doctor's room, she was told that there was no medicine for immunization, the nurse even said to confirm first if she wanted to be immunized. It's clear that I used to reserve that type of immunization, and I said yes. Bad coordination.
So, that will be my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter nya gak detail periksa nya... main cepet aja. padahal sudah nunggu lama utk masuk. kalau di live ig dokter nya ramah tapi pas ketemu langsung dokter nya galak...
Dok merujuk ke tpt terapis klinik anakku bsd juga, sampai disana terapis wicara nya langsung merujuk lagi ke terapis sosial integrasi padahal anak saya baru pertama x ketemu terapi nya jadi wajar kalau takut.
2x ikut kelas SI saya dan suami memutuskan tidak melanjutkan karena melihat ada salah 1 terapi SI disana yang kasar ke anak-anak. Karena menurut kami tidak selalu anak berkebutuhan khusus harus dikasarinnn.. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan. Alhamdulillah anak saya sehat tidak perlu terapi setelah dirujuk ke dok lain.
The doctor doesn't go into detail about it... just play fast. even though I've been waiting a long time to get in. if on live ig the doctor is friendly but when you meet him directly the doctor is fierce...
Doc referred to my son's clinical therapist bsd too, when he got there the speech therapist immediately referred again to a social integration therapist even though my son had just met the therapy for the first time, so it's natural to be afraid.
I took 2 SI classes, my husband and I decided not to continue because we saw that one of the SI therapies there was rude to the children. Because we don't always think children with special needs should be abused. Thank you for the unpleasant experience. Thank God my child is healthy and does not need therapy after being referred to another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Coba cek klinik tumbuh kembang di sekitar BSD dan nemulah 1 klinik ini.
2. Kesan pertama dipikirnya bakal oke ternyata tidak, niatnya memang tanya2 terlebih dahulu terkait praktik konsultasi,terapi, dan penjadwalannya.
3. Admin yg melayani menurut pendapat kami kurang ramah dan terkesan alakadarnya ketika menjawab beberapa pertanyaan kami. Tata krama/attitude nya ketika menjawab pertanyaan2 calon customer perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Sehingga calon2 customer merasa dihargai dan tertarik untuk tahu lebih lanjut atau bahkan terus periksa ke klinik ini.
4. Dengan feedback dari admin yg seperti itu,kami mengurungkan niat untuk konsultasi dan merencanakan terapi ke sini.
1. Try to check the growth and development clinics around BSD and find this 1 clinic.
2. His first impression was that he thought it would be okay but it wasn't, his intention was to ask questions first regarding the practice of consulting, therapy, and scheduling.
3. Admins who serve in our opinion are less friendly and seem ridiculous when answering some of our questions. His manners/attitude when answering questions from potential customers need to be improved again. So that prospective customers feel appreciated and interested to know more or even continue to check with this clinic.
4. With feedback from admins like that, we discouraged from consulting and planning therapy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terapisnya galak. Anak saya diteriaki krna protes waktu terapisnya ngobrol dengan rekan terapis lain saat jam terapi. Pernah ikut ospek dan diteriaki oleh senior? Nah, sekeras itu kira2 suaranya. Padahal anak autistik indera pendengarannya jauh lebih peka daripada rata2 orang .
The therapist is fierce. My son was shouted at because he protested when the therapist chatted with other therapists during therapy hours. Have you ever participated in an inspection and was shouted at by a senior? Well, that's how loud it sounds. In fact, autistic children's sense of hearing is much more sensitive than the average person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SETELAH 3 BULAN SAYA STOP TERAPI DISINI, karena :
1. Jadwal SUKA2 TERAPIS (CANCEL, JAM BERAPA, HARI APA) , pasien harus mau jadwal diubah oleh terapis/cancel. Padahal jadwal reguler tidak sesuai dgn yg sudah ditetapkan diawal.
2. Jika tidak cocok dgn kinerja terapis TIDAK BISA LANGSUNG GANTI, atau harus bayar lebih 600rb lagi untuk assessment pergantian terapi, ketika sudah gantipun tetap sama saja jadwal berubah2 sesuai keinginan& kebutuhan terapis.jd orang tua pasien mau tidak mau tunduk kpd terapis .
3.ADMIN ada tp tidak bisa mengkoordinir terapis. Dengan kata lain mengikuti keinginan terapis juga, & ADMIN TIDAK RAMAH.
4. Terapisnya juga rata2 cenderung memarahi, & menggurui, tidak membuat anak nyaman & tertarik. Apalagi terapis namanya Miss KRI*H sangat tidak recommended lebih baik cari terapis lain.
AFTER 3 MONTHS I STOP THERAPY HERE, because:
1. The therapist's LIKE schedule (CANCEL, WHAT TIME, WHAT DAY) , the patient must want the schedule to be changed by the therapist/cancel. Even though the regular schedule does not match what has been set at the beginning.
2. If it doesn't match the therapist's performance, you CAN'T CHANGE DIRECTLY, or have to pay more 600 thousand for a therapy replacement assessment, even when you change the schedule, the schedule changes according to the therapist's wishes and needs. So the patient's parents inevitably submit to the therapist.
3. ADMIN is there but cannot coordinate therapists. In other words follow the wishes of the therapist too, & ADMIN IS NOT FRIENDLY.
4. The therapist also tends to scold and patronize the child, not making the child comfortable and interested. Moreover, the therapist named Miss KRI * H is not recommended, it's better to find another therapist.
