Dokter yg gaya rambut mohak kurang asik dan tidak ramah. Terus yg pelayanan obat juga sama, nada bicaranya agak sedikit kasar

Bener2 pelayanannya parah,pertama kesitu disuruh pulang dan balik lagi / nunggu karena lg jam istrahat,sekarang kesitu lagi ya ampun dokter cowoknya jutek bngt ditanya saya ini sakit apa dok? gak di jawab malah bilang silahkan ke depan ambil obat bu.gak dijelasin dong sakitnya apa,ditinggal gitu aja ke depan,attitudenya gak bagus tuh dokter,minta surat ijin aja gak dikasih,kaya'y harus laporan nih sama yg punya klinik

Klinik buruk semuanya ga ramah minta rujukan susah , tolong ini klinik macam apa konsultasi aja susah di tensi aja enggak , laporin aja ke dinkes, emang bisa orang berobat cuma lewat wahtsapp,

Saya sih no, banget buat klinik amarta ini. Pelayanan lama dan antrinya gak bisa mengurangi physical distance sama sekali. Tutup aja dah lu!

Males ngasih bintang. Pelayanannya bener2 buruk amit2 berobat disitu ditensi aja kaga apalagi diperiksa. Minta SKD dibilang pura2 sakit. Trus kalo yg beneran sakit tuh yg kaya gimana? Yg udah engap2an karna sakarotul maut gitu hah??? Pantes BANYAK BGT karyawan yg pindah paskes begini bgt pelayanannya sombong ngomongnya judes hidih

Sedikit kasih saran untuk pelayanan pendaftaran kalau mau kasih tau keluarga pasien atau calon pasien gak usah ngegas. Terlepas anda lelah atau bagaimana itu kan bagian dari resiko pekerjaan. Kalau mau tegur harus dengan kata2 yang baik dan sopan. Negurnya dengan suara yang tinggi padahal situasi gak ramai cuma ada beberapa pasien aja. Hanya karena saya naro kartu diatas meja dan bukan gak mau bilang keperluannya apa tapi emang petugasnya lagi melayani pasien lain. Jadi maksudnya taro kartu diatas meja karena mau cepet2 duduk posisi kepala saya sedang sakit. Dan menunggu petugasnya selsai melayani yang pasien sebelumnya. Kalaupun saya salah seharusnya tegur baik2. Gak usah nada tinggi seperti itu kaya sedang melampiaskan kekesalan sama saya. Buat mas2 nya entah siapa namanya tolong lah bahasanya juga jangan begitu yah. Pelan2 dan baik2 juga paham kok. Semoga mas2nya sehat selalu yah dan tidak mendapatkan perlakuan seperti yang saya alami dikemudian hari ☺️

If you want to reprimand you must be kind and polite. Negurnya with a high voice even though the situation is not crowded there are only a few patients. Just because I put the card on the table and it's not that I don't want to say what the need is, but the staff is still serving other patients. So I mean, put the card on the table because I want to sit down and my head hurts. And waiting for the staff to finish serving the previous patient. Even if I'm wrong, I should be fine. There's no need for such a high tone to sound like you're venting your frustration with me. For the mas2, I don't know what the name is, please don't do that in the language either. Slowly and well, I understand why. I hope the guys are always healthy and don't get the same treatment that I experienced in the future ️

Untuk pelayanan mungkin bisa diperbaiki jika karyawannya mau belajar lebih baik dan di siplin lagi. Saya pernah ke klinik malam tapi dokter lagi istirahat / makan sebentar . Saya inisiatif pulang dan kembali besok pagi, kebetulan rumah deket. Petugas nya masih sama yang cowo yang malam .tidak ganti pegawai, entah itu dia lembur atau tidak. Itu udah pukul 8:00 . Dari sini saja sudah terlihat karyawan tidak disiplin apalagi yang masuk pagi. Kasian yang jaga malam waktunya dirugikan. Saya bicara seperti ini karena saya juga kerja di bagian kesehatan dan ga enak banget rasanya rugi waktu karena kerja sama orang yang ga di siplin. arti nya yang sift pagi belum pada datang . Bukan kah jam kerja pagi itu jam 7 ya? Apa di amarta jam 8? Jadi perbaiki dulu karyawanbya baru akan tercipta lingkungan kerja yang baik. Begitupun dengan dokternya.kerja jangan semena mena Sekian dan terimakasih
For service, maybe it can be improved if the employees want to learn better and be disciplined again. I've been to the night clinic but the doctor is resting/eating for a while. I took the initiative to go home and return tomorrow morning, coincidentally, my house is near. The officer is still the same guy who didn't change employees at night, whether he was working overtime or not. It's already 8:00. From here, it can be seen that employees are not disciplined, especially those who come in the morning. It's a pity that the night watchman was harmed. I'm talking like this because I also work in the health department and I don't really feel like losing time because of working with people who are not disciplined. it means that the morning shift hasn't arrived yet.
