Barusan berobat kesana ditanya mau berobat apa bikin surat dokter, saya jawab mau berobat klo sekalian ada surat dokter boleh, malah diketawain,.
Ga semua orang datang ke klinik hanya untuk buat surat dokter mba!
Saya memang benar2 butuh berobat karena sdh dari 2 hr yg lalu belum jg reda, sdh 2 mlm saya harus menggunakan popok dewasa agar bisa tidur dengan aman.
Untuk apotekernya, mksh ya, saya ga perlu surat dokternya, udah ada obatnya aja saya sudah bersyukur,
Mudah2an kalian tidak mengalami apa yg saya alami barusan,
Mudah2an klinik Al-Qomar kedepannya bisa lebih baik lagi, agar bisa melayani pasien dengan baik,
Bagi saya, ini yg pertama & terakhir berobat kesana,

I just went there for treatment, I was asked if I wanted to get a doctor's letter, I answered that I wanted to go to the doctor's letter.
Not everyone comes to the clinic just to write a doctor's letter!
I really need treatment because it has not subsided from 2 days ago, after 2 mlm I have to use an adult diaper to sleep safely.
For the pharmacist, still yes, I don't need a doctor's letter, I already have the medicine I'm grateful,
I hope you don't experience what I just experienced,
Hopefully the Al-Qomar clinic in the future can be even better, so that it can serve patients well,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya rasakan, nunggu sampai 1 jam padahal ga ada pasien lain selain saya, ternyata dokter nya tidur dan ga ada yg berani ngebangunin mungkin, diperiksa nya paling cuma 5 menit nunggu nya sejam pantes aja sepi ga ada yg mau berobat disini
The worst service I have ever felt, waited up to 1 hour even though there were no other patients besides me, it turned out that the doctor was sleeping and no one dared to wake up maybe, it was checked for at least 5 minutes waiting for an hour, it's just quiet no one wants to seek treatment here

The writing clinic is 24 hours in fact, it opens at 8 and even then is still waiting because the doctor is at 9 o'clock ... actually this is not the first time x ... before I went there in the afternoon, I took a break, the writing was until 1 o'clock, it turned out to be 3 o'clock. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uda langganan berobat dsini. Cukup Baik. Kalo ktemu dr yg meriksa dg teliti. Stidaknya datang slain dg keluhan dr nya meriksa langsung.
Cmn kdg Nemu Dr Yg seenaknya mendiaknosis orang ga knapa napa sakitnya biasa aja tanpa diperiksa.. sakit ati bgt gwe ktemu dr macam beginian. Kadang g ga semua orang berobat lg kritis nunggu enakan dulu. Pass dijelaskan di jawab apa urusannya dg dia. Astaghfirullah sombong nyaa... Trutama yg cwek tu. Yg baru
I have subscribed for treatment here. Pretty good. If you meet a dr who checks carefully. At least come other than with a complaint, the doctor checks directly.
How come sometimes I meet Dr. Who cares about diagnosing people, why is it okay to get sick without being examined.. It hurts my heart to meet someone like this. Sometimes not everyone is getting treatment again, critically waiting to get better first. Pass is explained in the answer what his business with him. Astaghfirullah so arrogant... Especially that girl. new one

Padahal bpjs saya kelas 1, tiap bulan bayar bpjs mahal
Percuma berobat pake bpjs sama aja kaya berobat umum
Get treatment using bpjs, to redeem medicine, you have to add a fee, my goodness
Even though my bpjs is class 1, every month i pay expensive bpjs
It's useless to get treatment using BPJS, it's the same as general treatment
