β β β β β Setelah melahirkan ke klinik ini berniat untuk cek jahitan bekas sc sekalian tindik dan sunat bayi saya. Pas periksa jahitan di perut bidannya hanya liat dan pegang2 sebentar aja lalu bilang "ini gak terlalu parah, sy kasih resep salep aja ya dulu" padahal sy udh bilang ini bernanah luka jahitan saya. Dah oke sy terima. Tapi pas kasih resepnya ke bag apotik sy terkejut kok masih hrs bayar lagi salepnya. Parahnya tu salep harganya di lebihin (sy lihat het nya 4rb tp dihargai 10rb)dan sy dikasihnya 2 yg berarti hrs bayar 2 salep padahal kan blm tentu salepnya cocok.emang sih ga seberapa. Tp gemes aja knp mesti hrs bayar lg, apa gunanya bpjs saya. Pdhl bpjs saya kelas 1. Trus bayi saya juga gak dilayani dgn alasan anting nya gak sesuai bu, wkwk kurang profesional tenaga medisnya. Oh iya 1 lagi, nunggunya super lamaa dari daftar bisa 1 jam lebih sampai dipanggil masuk.
After giving birth to this clinic, I intend to check the stitch marks, as well as my baby's piercing and circumcision. When I checked the stitches on the stomach, the midwife only looked at it and held it for a while and then said "this is not too bad, I just gave the ointment recipe first" even though I said this was festering my stitches. OK, I accept it. But when I gave the recipe to the dispensary, I was surprised how come I still have to pay for the ointment again. Worse, the price of the ointment was overpriced (I saw it was 4 thousand but it was priced at 10 thousand) and I gave it 2 which meant I had to pay 2 ointments even though the ointment was not of course suitable. But it's just nice, why do you have to pay again, what's the point of my BPJs. Pdhl my bpjs is grade 1. Then my baby was also not served on the grounds that the earrings did not match Mom, because the medical personnel were not professional enough. Oh yes, one more time, the wait is super long from the list, it can take more than 1 hour to be called in.

Konsultasi dan PCR dibedakan harganya jika menggunakan ASURANSI.. up harga 30% dengan alasan penagihan yg lama bla bla bla..
Hasil PCR tdk sesuai yg diinfokan.. lebih dari 1x24 jam dengan harga 1 juta..
Unprofessional, price marked up..
Consultation and PCR are different in price if you use INSURANCE.. up to 30% price for the reason for the long billing blah blah blah..
PCR results do not match what was informed.. more than 1x24 hours at a price of 1 million..

β β β β β Dari awal konsul ke bidan, istri ga dikasih buku KIA, disuruhnya ambil ke Puskesmas
Pernah datang cepet, eh yg didahuluin yg mau vaksin anak, bukan sesuai antrian datang
Pas bulan Maret 2021, ngantri dari jam 09.05, baru dipanggil jam 11.16... Padahal pasien yg mau ke bidan cuma sekitar 5-6 orang.
Pas ditanya sudah masuk panggul, jawabannya "belum masuk panggul", padahal sebelumnya kami sudah diperiksa sama 1 dokter + pensiunan bidan + bidan, mereka semua bilang "sudah masuk panggul".. Allahu a'lam

β β β β β Fauzan klinik sebulan ini pelayanan nya sudah mulai baik dan ramah. Fauzan klinik tampak nya mulai membenah diri menjadi lebih baik lagi. Terbukti pelayanannya sekarang enak. Semoga pelayanan nya yg bagus ini bisa di pertahankan ya.. ???β€

β β β β β gak recoomend gak , pelayanan 0, ruang tunggu suruh tunggu luar panas2an, udah gtu padahal gak ngantri tapi disuruh nunggu lama akhirnya pulang . nunggu dr jam 9 sampe jam 11 padahal lg gak ada pasien . kecewa banget, ganti faskes aja
I don't recommend it, service 0 waiting from 9 to 11 even though there were no patients. very disappointed, just change health facilities

β β β β β Pelayannya lama, saya sampai tunggu 30 menit Lebih udh gitu orangnya jutek bgt. Kecewa dan kapok utk berobat disitu.
The waiter is long, I have to wait 30 minutes. It's already like that, the person is really rude. Disappointed and gave up on treatment there.
