★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih udah bagus banget dibanding yang dulu, tapi pelayanannya masih sangaaaaaat lama sekali, ke dokter ngga sampe 10 menit, tp nunggu di kasir farmasi udah 1 jam stg sendiri, belum harus kembali ke pendaftaran, belum nungguin lagi obatnta di racik.. please lah, di kasir orangnya jangan 1, nanganin pasien sebanyak itu jadi keteteran, buang2 waktu banget nunggu selama itu..padahal bisa lewat jasa antar obat, tp bayar aja belom gmn obatnya mau d buat...zzzzz...
 The place is really good compared to the previous one, but the service is still very long, it doesn't take 10 minutes to go to the doctor, but waiting at the pharmacy cashier is already 1 hour on my own, I haven't had to go back to registration yet, haven't waited for the medicine to be mixed... please , don't have 1 person at the cashier, handle that many patients so in need, it's a waste of time waiting that long.. even though you can go through a drug delivery service, but you just have to pay, how do you want the medicine to be made... zzzzz...

Dokternya ramah sekali, sangat caring, jadi anak saya merasa nyaman selama tindakan. Recommended untuk yang mau berobat ke sini. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya. ?
This is the first time I have brought my child to an ENT doctor at PMI. All staff from registration, cashier to pharmacy are kind and informative. The doctor is very friendly, very caring, so my child feels comfortable during the procedure. Recommended for those who want treatment here. Thank you for service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for dentist. Security nice, register helpful, surrounding are hygiene, everything look good.
Until... I met the dentist him self. Without proper cleaning , let alone x-ray, he fill the tooth holes.
Two weeks after I still feel the pain .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an exclusive clinic of PMI Hospital. Nice new fresh building locate in main street of Jalan Raya Pajajaran. Plenty parking site. The regular one is on back edge site of the Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Exclusive clinic from RS PMI, there is very spacious waiting room and the staff, nurses also friendly, for the service fee still reasonable (the average for specialist doctors consults fee around 250k).
