★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah beberapa kali berobat di klinik abadi jaya ini dengan bpjs dan pribadi. pelayanannya staff dan dokternya bagus sekali ???dokternya ramah2 dan selalu memberikan informasi kesehatan dengan lengkap, semoga klinik abadi jaya sukses terus, selalu diberikan kesehatan untuk smua staff dan dokter2nya. Aamiin??
 have been treated several times at this eternal jaya clinic with bpjs and personally. the service, the staff and doctors are very good, the doctors are friendly and always provide complete health information, I hope the clinic will continue to be successful, always be given health for all staff and doctors. Aamiin??

Good service. doctors, midwives, nurses and the registration department are friendly. Complete services have a baby spa too. The medicine does not come from giving and the room and toilet are clean. Thank you Abadi Jaya clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan saat di kliniknya bagus,, perawat ramah2 .. Tapi sayang,, admin WA responnya kurang bagus,, komunikasi antar shift kurang,, ibu sya habis vaksin meningitis dan influenza, saat di klinik dblg mau di konfirmasi untuk buku kuningnya,, tp tdk ada konfirmasi sm skali,, smpai harus sya yg menanyakan via wa dan admin menjawab tdk ada yg blg akan di konfirmasi,,, daaaannnnn hanya seling 1 hari dg tetangga saya,, msa harga vaksin berbeda ... Jd merusak penilaian klw bgni caranya ... Bagusnya sya lgsg di tlp dan di konfirmasi dr pihak klinik,, tp trllu ketus mnrt sya cara menjelaskannya seolah tdk mau disalahkan ... Tolong komunikasinya diperbaiki lagi ?
The service at the clinic is good, the nurses are friendly.. But unfortunately, the WA admin's response is not good, the communication between shifts is lacking,, my mother finished the meningitis and influenza vaccines, when she was at the clinic, she wanted to be confirmed for the yellow book, but no there's been a confirmation once, until I had to ask via wa and the admin replied that nothing will be confirmed yet,,, daaaannnnn only 1 day apart with my neighbors,, still the price of the vaccine is different... So it spoils the assessment if this is the way. .. It's good that I was on the phone immediately and confirmed by the clinic, but I was so stubborn, I asked how I explained it as if I didn't want to be blamed ... Please improve the communication again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ file hasil swab pcr masih belum dikirimkan sampai h+5 (saat ini saya menulis review), padahal hasil nya sudah ada di peduli lindungi, waktu saya confirm via wa tiba-tiba hasil yang di peduli lindungi langsung hilang. Terakhir saya wa hanya centang biru (sudah dibaca). Apa karena saya booking & bayar via tr4veloka? sampai saat ini saya menulis review, tiket di tr4veloka saya masih belum diredeem oleh mereka padahal hanya tinggal scan barcode saja, sudah dikirimkan juga tiketnya via wa mereka. Kalau gitu mending gausah didaftarin ke tr4veloka dong kalau memang belum siap sama metode pembayarannya. Dibenahi lagi tolong. Tambahan 1 bintang soalnya akhirnya saya sudah dapat file hasil pcr nya tapi dari Labnya setelah saya menghubungi via wa lab nya, bukan dari kliniknya meskipun saya sudah wa kliniknya. The PCr swab result file still hasn't been sent until h+5 (currently I'm writing a review), even though the results are already in the care to protect, when I confirmed via wa suddenly the results that I care about protect immediately disappear. My last wa just a blue tick (already read). Is it because I booked & paid via tr4veloka? Until now I am writing a review, my ticket on tr4veloka has not been redeemed by them even though I only need to scan the barcode, the ticket has also been sent via their WhatsApp. In that case, it's better not to register with tr4veloka if you are not ready with the payment method. Rework please. An additional 1 star because I finally got the pcr results file but from the lab after I contacted via the lab, not from the clinic even though I was at the clinic. That is all and thank you
