★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak kecewa dengan pelayanan dr Irsyad. Tapi saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dari resepsionis nya
Yang pertama (resepsionis perempuan) saat saya melakukan pembayaran dan tidak ada kembalian saya disuruh menukarkan uang sendiri dimana saat itu saya sedang sakit.
Yang kedua (resepsionis pria) malam ini saat bapak saya ingin periksa gigi karena giginya sangat sakit sampai tidak bisa tidur, sudah menunggu hampir 1 jam tetapi tidak di tangani ternyata setelah bertanya pada resepsionis ada operasi kecil, padahal saat pertama mendaftar tidak di beritahu.
Semoga kedepannya pelayanan dari resepsionis lebih di tingkatkan.
I am not disappointed with Dr. Irsyad's service. But I was very disappointed with the service from the receptionist
The first (female receptionist) when I made a payment and there was no change I was told to exchange my own money where at that time I was sick.
The second (male receptionist) tonight when my father wanted to check his teeth because his teeth were so sore that he could not sleep, had waited for almost 1 hour but it was not handled, it turned out that after asking the receptionist there was a small operation, even though when he first registered he was not told.
Hopefully in the future the service from the receptionist will be improved.
