★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewaaa bgt, awal2 laundry d sni bagus2 aja, pas 2 kali belakangan ini baju saya berubah jadi kain topo dapur! Warna pudar, emang saya selalu minta yg one day, kl gak mampu ya bilang, gak bakal marah2ini saya, sampe ada baju yg baru saya beli, pas abis d cuci malah kaya dekil, saya laundry di mana2 jg selalu minta yg ekspresss, gak pernah jadi kaya gini, dulu2 juga sering laundry di sini express terus, malah pernah lupa ambil, tapi warnanya bagus2aja, dan saya jg selalu bayar cash dlu, ada gimana gitu basa basinya menanggapi complain cust, ini jawab seenaknya aja, simple, lepas tangan, kapok ya, terakhir kali nya deh

Sudah 2x tidak dikasih nota yg tidak sesuai
Laundry pertama 2 set sprei single (include 1 sarung bantal dan guling), awal tidak dikasih nota alasannya karena nota habis klo mau ambil lama tpi kita tetep kekeh minta di nota pake kertas bisa aja gpp, dan dikasih info total harganya, setelah selesai laundrynya pas diambil harganya yg harusnya 2 sprei jd 4 sprei alasannya karena ada sarung bantal dan guling. Kecewa karena sarung bantal dan guling diikutinnya harga sprei yg mahal.
Kedua kali laundry lagi, ada laundry kiloan sm sprei 1 juga, spreinya malah ikut dikilo waktu awal padahal dr awal udh bilang ada spreinya, dan untuk ke 2x cuma ditulis nota yg laundry reguler kg an, lalu udh komplain bahwa laundry ada sprei singlenya tpi alsannya nota spreinya kosong, nanti aja dihitung pas akhir pas diambil, padahal dlu waktu laundry disini mau ada sprei tetap dijadikan 1 nota, lalu aku tanya lgsg harga spreinya, biar ntr pas ambil ga salah dan alasan lagi.dan ternyata waktu ambil totalnya 85rb dr awal harga nota 26rb, gilaa mencekik sekali.
Alasannya karena ada cardigan rajut tebel dan dia cuci pake tangan. Saya protes lagi karena diawal dia liat dan hitung cucian saya apa aja kenapa ga dr awal ditulis dinota, jangan pas udh diambil baru diinfo.
Udh harga berubah nota ga dikasih yang baru.
Dulu waktu pegawai sebelumnya yg bpk2 dan ibu2 cucian jauh lebih bersih dan wangi sehingga saya bisa percaya laundry di kita laundryin, tpi setelah skrg pegawai baru 1 ini, saya kecewa berat dan kapok untuk ke sana lagi.
Ini sebagai saran dan evaluasi agar kedepannya menjadi lebih baik. Terimakasih

The first laundry was 2 sets of single sheets (includes 1 pillowcase and bolster), the reason was not given at first because the note ran out if we wanted to take a long time but we still kept asking for a note using paper, it could be wrong, and given info on the total price, after finishing the laundry, it was right the price was taken, which should have been 2 bed sheets to 4 bed sheets the reason was because there were pillowcases and bolsters. Disappointed because pillowcases and bolsters were followed by expensive bed linen prices.
The second time there was laundry again, there was a kilogram of laundry with 1 sheet as well, the sheets even went into kilos at the beginning, even though from the start they said there were sheets, and for the 2nd time, only a note was written for regular laundry, and then complained that the laundry had single sheets, but the reason is The sheet notes are empty, I'll just count them at the end when they're taken, even though at the time of the laundry here, I wanted the sheets to be made into 1 note, then I asked directly for the price of the sheets, so that when I picked it up there wasn't a mistake and another reason. the price of the note is 26 thousand, it's insanely suffocating.
The reason is because there is a thick knit cardigan and she washes it by hand. I protested again because at the beginning he saw and counted what my laundry was, why wasn't it written in the note from the start, not when it was taken and just informed.
The price has changed, the note is not given a new one.
In the past, when the previous employees, the ladies and gentlemen, were much cleaner and smellier, so I could trust our laundry to be done, but after this new employee now, I am very disappointed and have given up on going there again.
